Need more staff for quicker check ins and quicker check outs. During A.M, and P.M. rush hour times, it can take frustrating long.
People are great!
We love this place!!! Our dog Silas loves Dogtopia! He has made so many friends. The staff are very attentive and always smiling and pleasant to greet!! The feedback they give at the end of every day is so helpful to us. They keep in touch throughout the day if needed. The WebCams are wonderful - they are so responsive and in communication with us throughout the day and even when Silas is not there, they will answer any questions and respond immediately. It is clean and Silas cannot wait to go back when he has a break - thank you so much for taking such good care of our fur baby.
Great customer service, our dog LOVES it! He gets so excited when we pull up and he comes in and leaves happy! Very friendly staff, clean facility.

My dog got kennel cough from here... She's never been sick but after one night boarding at dogtopia, she got very sick. She's still recovering....
I have used Dogtopia before.
Two weeks in a row I drove a hour to get there for a grooming appointment and walked in the door and they canceled. Not only a waste of gas money and time. Also ruin the plans I had to do while my dog was being groomed. No communication. Walked in the door and sorry we have to cancel.
I like that my fur baby gets to socialize and get exercise. She loves the staff and her playmates.

I love the fact that the facility is clean and smells better than my house. I’m impressed that you have trainers with the dogs all the time (with the exception of the handful of hours during the overnight boarding). I especially enjoy the cameras and being able to check in on my dog. The spa treatment is a super bonus and convenience and the prices are very reasonable and in line with other operations. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in my pup’s well-being. I’ve never been offered a tour of Pet Paradise and that always kinda bothered me… but you guys offered it and the tour was impressive. Clean, organized and well managed. The St. augustine staff are amazing!

The staff is AMAZING!! I only wish the dogs went outside more often. I understand when it is too hot outside or too cold but not the excuse of too many dogs, my solution would be to go in shifts even for 15 minutes, otherwise I highly recommend.

Our dogs just love it there! We love that there is structure and time for rest so our dogs don’t overdo it and hurt themselves

In general, we would love two things:
(A) if there were a quiet area for dogs to truly decompress off the play floor rather than just go into crate; and, (B) if there were an open outdoor play yard with benches or ramps gif the dogs to play on.
Our dog likes to go and we would like if he could have other options for play environment since he’s still a pup (just turned 1 year old).
It's definitely NOT a healthy environment for dogs. They're kept in a large room w/ no where to truly run...so tensions get high and if your dog gets stressed out, and lashes out at another dog...you get hit w/ the overly-inflated "medical" cost which is just anti-biotics and ointment. The people that work there are absolutely wonderful and I love them all b/c they loved my dog...but I definitely wouldn't recommend if you have a large dog of any breed. That's just my opinion. And if you have a Pittie of any type...best to turn around and go somewhere else...unfortunate discrimination I feel. Again, that's just my own personal opinion & experience. Dogtopia reached out to me and asked me for my opinion and rating and so I'm simply replying. I'm not the type to cause drama and/or seek out negative attention or post negativity...But if asked...I guess I'll answer.

Great dog centre. Teddy doesn't hesitate to "be happy" about attending although initially shy interacting with other dogs. Front "greet staff" pleasant. Care staff "high energy" great for dogs and owners. 🧸 Teddy definitely has a favorite "morning" lady. ALL AROUND REVIEW GREAT. Endorsement "A"
People are friendly and welcoming. Taking my dog to daycare made me feel like a failure, but the reassurance and advice they provided, was amazing!!! My pup is thriving there!!! Highly recommend!
Every single time our dog comes home from this establishment, he has some type of scratch or injury on his nose. We originally planned to not come back after the last time because of the scratches on his now, but against my better judgement, sent him anyways. This last visit was especially concerning. While watching the cameras, I witnessed one of the attendants hit my dog on the nose and use a mop to move another dog.
I understand that attendants sometimes need to separate or redirect dogs, but physically hitting my dog is completely unacceptable. If my dog needs to be moved away from another dog, there are appropriate and humane ways to handle the situation without popping him on the nose.
After seeing this firsthand, I no longer feel comfortable trusting this establishment with my dog’s safety and well-being. I will not be returning or spending any more money here. I strongly encourage management to review how their staff handles the animals in their care.
My dog is so well cared for at Dogtopia! I can go out of town and never worry that she will be safe. She is always excited to walk in the door. The staff is amazing - so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Jenn and Julie are great and I love the groomer. They care for my dog, Sparky, as if he were their own. And they are ALL enthusiastic when I call which is uplifting. I loved when Jenn came out to greet me at the car when we brought Sparky for boarding, and the groomer washed Sparky's bed that we brought for his stay, and then when I came back to get him, someone greeted me as I was pulling up to ask if I wanted them to bring Sparky out! Excellent service and my dog loves going there!
