Thank you for taking Lucy last minute! She loves her time with the other dogs.
Bean had a wonderful time I could tell by how happy he was when he got home! I saw on my trip that bean was being snuggled on the camera all the time and they kept sending me pupdates with his overnight boarding. I am so grateful we have a dogtopia nearby. Thank you so much for all that you do !!!

I was starting to really like this place for my pup, she seems to love it there. I was a bit discouraged that only one person was watching the bigger dogs and every time I checked the cameras my baby was getting 2 v 1 by German shepherds. Granted they may have been playing but it seemed like one in particular was escalating a lot with nothing being done (at least when I checked the cameras). When I picked her up, I saw ever so slightly some fur was gone by her whiskers where I saw that same German shepherd biting her. I don’t blame the dogs but I do wish there was more intervention. My baby is very social and she’ll probably put up with whatever she needs to, to continue to play, but I would hope the person overseeing could step in when witnessing too much rough housing. I’ll be more upfront about this for my pup in the future (she’s still learning to self regulate and having her own boundaries), but please keep an eye on if dogs may be micro escalating :( this made me very wary if there will be a next time for my baby Kiri.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems to care about the dogs.
The staff at Dogtopia are great and treat all the dogs with such love and care. My sweet girl LOVES coming here and always has her tail waging when she sees the staff. Mercedes is a wonderful manager and is always so helpful and she knows every dog that comes in. I appreciate how they are attentive to any special needs my Kaylie has, also. The fun part is all the crafts, photos and activities they do.

We are on week 3 at Dogtopia in Downtown Cleveland and love it! We lost a dog in March and our other dog was sad and bored since her friend isn't at home anymore. She is 15 so the thought of taking her to a "daycare" was a little overwhelming, so far she LOVES it and is enjoying playing and running around with new friends.

When I enrolled my dog for daycare I made it clear it would probably be once a week or even less as my focus was working on separation anxiety. i had even asked about half days to start but they did not seem to offer that then they signed me up for some sort of "subscription" which auto debits my credit card. When we were unable to make it due to other obligations they basically refused to give me a refund claiming they had to talk to their "manager" or something like that. I asked multiple time and eventually filed a dispute with my credit card company. I then called to cancel the enrollment and request a refund for a week I specificallly asked them to "pause" as we were out of town that week and they told me to request a "pause" to avoid the debit to my credit card. It happened anyway. Honestly, this system of subscription with auto payment feels sort of scammy to me and I had asked when I signed up about purchasing a few days and using as I go but I got the impression that was not an option so here I was. When I cancelled my enrollment though the person I talked to on the phone said they did not have it on the sheet but it was an option. Not useful now that I am frustrated and unhappy. I will be looking for a new daycare.
Jenn and Julie are great and I love the groomer. They care for my dog, Sparky, as if he were their own. And they are ALL enthusiastic when I call which is uplifting. I loved when Jenn came out to greet me at the car when we brought Sparky for boarding, and the groomer washed Sparky's bed that we brought for his stay, and then when I came back to get him, someone greeted me as I was pulling up to ask if I wanted them to bring Sparky out! Excellent service and my dog loves going there!
Need more staff for quicker check ins and quicker check outs. During A.M, and P.M. rush hour times, it can take frustrating long.

We love this place!!! Our dog Silas loves Dogtopia! He has made so many friends. The staff are very attentive and always smiling and pleasant to greet!! The feedback they give at the end of every day is so helpful to us. They keep in touch throughout the day if needed. The WebCams are wonderful - they are so responsive and in communication with us throughout the day and even when Silas is not there, they will answer any questions and respond immediately. It is clean and Silas cannot wait to go back when he has a break - thank you so much for taking such good care of our fur baby.
My dogs were covered in diarrhea and drank a full bottle of water like they were dying when I picked them up. I didnt get their bedding back. and the door was immediately locked behind me when I took them outside. another gal showed up to pick up her dog and nobody answered the door or the phone despite just letting me out.
