We had a great experience with Dogtopia! My dog was well cared for, happy, and clearly enjoyed their time there. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel confident leaving my dog in their care. I highly recommend Dogtopia to any pet parent looking for a safe and loving environment. The staff is great about attending to the dogs needs. I like that the dogs are tested before seeing if they are a good candidate for daycare.
Everyone that enters Dogtopia from the employees to customers seem happy at the Ellisville, location.

Staff is always nice & caring. The facility is very clean & i like that the dogs are never left unattended in the rooms they are in...a coach is always there with them. Also like.how when a dog is new they work with aclamating them to the room and other dogs which helps to calm them. Any issues we have had were openly discussed & handled which means alot. They do special things each month which is fun too!

Everyone is so friendly! I love that they have cameras, so I can peek on my dog while he's visiting. Plus, he always has such a good time.

When I take my 10 pound dog to Dogtopia and he's in the Toy Box, I understand some large dogs who are more docile may be in there. What I do not expect is to see at least THIRTY DOGS in that room (I have a screenshot), possibly half of them being large dogs. My little dog was being mounted by another dog every time I was able to stop on our trip to take a look at him. I understand this is normal canine behavior but normally the employee would intervene. There were so many dogs in that room the week we were there, it was impossible for one person to see, much less keep up on the activity in that room. We go to Dogtopia for the interaction. When I've seen my dog interacted with ONCE by a human in the 3 years we've going there, that isn't what I thought I'd be getting. I thought this would be easier on him than our previous kennel but now I'm not so sure.

Everyone was super friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy the dogs. My girls were there for a week and I was expecting them to come home smelling terrible and they didn't stink! Loved getting to see them playing with their new friends and getting all their energy out.
From the moment I emailed Dogtopia of Palm Harbor, they were extremely accommodating. We were on vacation in the area and needed Doggie Daycare for a few of the days. After Jameson's evaluation, they accepted him, and he was excited to see what was behind the door of the lobby. We laughed because he never looked back. When we picked him up later that day, it was easy to tell he had fun. Jameson was completely exhausted when he got into the car. We loved being able to watch him on the webcam. Everyone we encountered was professional and focused on Jameson.
Staff and location are great. My dogs are well cared for and safe there.
Easy to book and to get in!
I am a new client to dogtopia of Rocklin and I have been impressed since the meet and greet. When I set up my appointment they needed my dogs vaccination records. I sent them and they did not come over clear, so Autum called to let me know they needed those before the meet and greet. I loved the follow through, and it should how much they pay attention to detail.
Once I had my meet and greet and was choosing my package Kaitlin was such a delight and could not have been more helpful and accommodating to what my needs were. I felt like I was at the Ritz for puppies. I also love the foundations they are involved with. Meeting Diane who is the owner, you can just feel her passion for her business and her employees. George loves coming here and has made many friends. I have and will continue to refer all my friends here.
The Staff is so kind and wonderful with the dogs. My
Peeka loves going to see her friends. Even though we don't need the service on a regular basis because my Husband and my schedule doesn't require it. However, we are always treated the same even if it's been awhile since Peeka was there.
Each morning the front staff is friendly and always willing to help answer questions.
Daycare is amazing the owners and staff are very caring and made my shy dog feel at home
I know I can trust the staff with my dogs’ physical and mental wellbeing, without a doubt! Jordan especially is the reason we wouldn’t ever even consider another daycare and boarding facility. She remembers every dog and owner and forges such special relationships with us, from remembering each dog’s idiosyncrasies and personality quirks to crying with us when we had to tell her that one of our dogs had passed away. We love Dogtopia Lafayette and everyone there!
