Great staff who really care for the dogs.
It would be nice if you could answer the door quicker, especially in the very early a.m. when we are all needing to get work. Perhaps have two people working at that time. As well, I’d like to not have my dog in the kennel as much as I’ve seen. I came from a different Dogtopia location as I have recently moved to Ahwatukee….and he absolutely was not kenneled as much as he has been here. It’s actually starting to bother me. I do see it more prevalent on the days where you seem to be “over capacity looking” per the amount of dogs. As well, I don’t see two attendants when there seems to be so many dogs. You asked for my feedback, I’m being honest. Compared to the last Dogtopia location, these are the issues I’m personally having.

Staff is very friendly, always greets our dog by name. I always feel like I can be assured that my dog is as cared for as when he's at home with us.
Lucy loved her stay! The staff was kind and attentive, gave her lots of attention. I never worried about her.
This company treats your dog as family. It is the only service I have used for my fur baby since i have had her (11 years). They know her and always make her feel extra special. Love it!

The personnel there really do love dogs….it is evident every time I drop my dog off & when I pick him up at the end of the day. I know my dog is closely supervised & well taken care of.

Staff is super nice!
Pricing is very expensive. Staff seems quite unorganized; I had to bring my dog in 2 days in a row for “re acclimation”, then had to call to make sure she was all set for boarding (she was not).
The staff is just so caring and wonderful. My dog loves it there so much - she can’t wait to go in and she cries when we leave. Love Dogtopia!
Everyone is so friendly and seem to really love the dogs. I was at ease knowing my dog was occupied all day, rather than being alone and destructive at home. It's a bonus to be able to watch the Webcam. Extra bonus: Daisy came home exhausted!

Daisy loves coming to doggie daycare at Dogtopia. She loves everyone there and all the attention she receives from staff. They take great care of Daisy. I am confident my baby Daisy is well cared for and loved when she is there! I also love all the special events and fun dress up photos Daisy gets. I h

The coaches are absolutely wonderful, they love dogs and it shows everyday in how they interact with them, coach them, love them, play with them, and their pet parents! I cannot recommend Dogtopia highly enough!!!
The staff friendly and they love the animals…you can tell when a dog gets to the facility they are animal lovers❤️🥰They treat every dog with the same caring and enthusiasm ❤️… great job !! The activities for the dogs… definitely 10 out 10. I recommend Dogtopia!!! I can leave my dog and I feel a piece of mind that Theo is in good hands ❤️

I never have a problem getting my dog in for a stay.
It all starts and stops with all of the employees. For me it is tough boarding your dog child when going on a trip for business or pleasure. However, I am so relaxed when boarding Champ because I know he is well taken care of.
For instance, in the last boarding from September 3rd - 7th. On the 3rd we left for our vacation and there were severe weather that pounded Unity Township that night. When West Penn Power notified me that our home lost power and it will take nearly 24 hours to get it back on I knew that Champ will be well taken care of and is at a place where he loves and feels comfortable.
Thank you for stepping up and providing a safe and loving environment for our dog children!
The staff are friendly and I love the option to view my dogs through the webcam while I’m away.
Friendliness, facility is welcoming and clean. Plenty of room for dogs to socialize. I feel it is safe to entrust my cocker spaniel in their care. I am so glad I found this place.
