my dog got kennel cough at your facility. 2500 Dollars and 3 weeks later, a letter was emailed to clients acknowledging the outbreak. Why did it take so long?

I became a dog owner during the pandemic and I have a pact that I won't leave my dog a whole weekend if I'm away working- which is always unfortunately. I had to be in San Diego for 10 days, so I drove here and brought my dog. Dogtopia Miramar made it super easy for the meet and greet and then I bought daycare for the days I'm here. Max came home happy and tired, and I even had to wake him up for dinner. He was very excited to go back today. Definitely recommend if you need a spot to take care of your fur baby...I can get all I need done and not worry about Max and that's great!
Ace has had a lot of good experiences at Dogtopia
When we called to set up an appointment the young lady that answered was very nice and polite. We showed up for our time to do our meet and greet we were greeted smiles and kind words each staff member we came in contact with us. I like the open campus as far as large windows you can see the animals play and the way that we are able to go and into the building and see all the rooms and given a full tour

Friendly staff who really know your dogs
I can’t imagine sending my dog anywhere else when we go away. She loves it at Dogtopia SO much! We can check on her throughout the day via webcams, she emails me updates and she plays with new friends all day and is so well care for. She even gets a spa day during her stay, She gets to participate in fun activities while she’s there and sleeps with comforts from home. She comes home excited and exhausted :)

The Dogtopia team is great, my dog has a blast, comes home exhausted every time, drop off and pick up are easy, pretty much everything you could ask for.
Marianna did a wonderful job grooming our dog, Jake! We would absolutely recommend Dogtopia to anyone who is looking for a Daycare or Groomer.
I love the staff and heart of this Dogtopia! I truly feel my pet is being taken care of like a family member would when we bring Scooby here. All of the staff love our pets just like we do. So so happy to have found Dogtopia of Westminster.

Hulk loves everyone and every dog. He also gets super excited to go to daycare its like his Disneyland. They really are really a one stop place for all your doggie needs.

Dogtopia has always been my first choice for boarding. I appreciate the time they take to make sure all dogs are happy, comfortable, and healthy. They truly care about the dogs! The staff is pleasant and will answer all my questions.
I love the special attention my dog receives from all staff members. The understanding and accommodations you make when we may need to take a break from daycare if he’s sick or injured. The diligence you take to inspect each dog regularly to ensure a safe environment! Highly recommend!!
