Everything. I absolutely LOVE the staff at our Greensburg Dogtopia. They treat us like family, especially our best girl, Gertie. Theyāre always responsive and she loves to go there to see her āfriendsā!

My dog isn't always the most social, but I know when I'm out of town even if she isn't having the time of her life playing with other dogs, she's being loved on and well taken care of by the people who work at Dogtopia. The staff here take great care of her and are very invested in making sure all of their charges are safe and happy.

Communication and our Dog was still our dog after boarding. Weāve boarded him before and it was apparent the stay didnāt go well. Took him awhile to become himself again. That didnāt happen with Dogtopia.
Dogtopia of South Chandler has been amazing. We sent our large puppy for social skills and yeah she had a lot to learn but was in the perfect environment for it. The staff was amazing and they took great care of her and let us know about any concerns. Highly Recommend. We had to pull her from doggie day care because we needed to put the new (human) baby in daycare, but we definitely miss Dogtopia!!!
The staff at Dogtopia on Broward Blvd in Fort Lauderdale are absolutely amazing! Our pups wag their tails every time they see us enter the parking lot. They want to say goodbye to staff in the lobby before leaving and always come home happy and exhausted! We also board our dogs at Dogtopia because they know the space and the people. They get a vacation the same time we do! Thank you, Jairo and staff! You're awesome!

Overall, Iām extremely happy with Dogtopia. The staff are great, the care is excellent, and I have no complaints about the quality of service.
My one concern is the pricing, which accounts for the lower score. The cost seems to have increased substantially, and those increases are becoming difficult to absorb. While I understand that operating costs change, the current pricing makes regular visits considerably more expensive than they used to be. Iād strongly encourage Dogtopia to consider loyalty pricing, discounts, or more affordable package options for customers who use the service regularly. The quality of care is definitely thereāI just hope the pricing remains reasonable enough to make continuing long-term feasible.

The groomer Carrie was terrific as Susie really needed a de-sheddingn and her ears done carefully in addition to her bath and she and the facility are terrific.

The staff are wonderful, and the facility is very clean.
Itās very hard to get anyone on the phone. None of the prompts take you to live person or allow you to leave a message.
I was surprised to find out after the fact that I was charged for a reevaluation of my dog.
I was also surprised that you all discarded his un eaten food ā meaning food that you had not yet served him on his last meal.
I never got an email or text confirmation that his boarding request had been approved.
Great staff! My dogs love going here.
