1. I wish you were able to feed the dogs once besides the set AM time.
2. Would be great if we could use the curbside easily - way easier than to wish inside for multiple dogs.

Milo, Tobi and Rocky seemed to have had a great time there. While I'm sure they were sad to be apart from me for so long but they seemed to have had fun.
The grooming was done so fantastically! appreciate that. They looked fantastic!!

Daisy loves coming every day. She is waiting at the door in the morning waiting for us to leave. She runs in to daycare and doesn't look back. Comes home happy and tired

We absolutely adore our Dogtopia family. When we arrive, everyone seems genuinely happy to be there and to see us and the pups.
One of our pups didn't have a great life before getting removed from being a stud at a puppy mill. He had no idea how to be a dog and was scared of everything. He's come a long way and they deserve a lot of the credit. They helped him come out of his shell. They also helped us build our confidence.
I trust the crew to take good care of them. While there are cameras, I don't feel the need to check. When we pick up the pups they share any updates and are such kind people. I'm so glad we found Dogtopia.
Plus, the photo shoots and crafts are hilarious and being us joy!

My dog Sophia does not like leaving the house, but she feels very safe there and I feel she’s safe with your staff… I love the fact I can’t get on the app and try to watch her… She’s a bit of a freak but she’s adorable… Lol lol

We just started taking our puppy to Dogtopia for doggy daycare and she loves it so far. The staff has been very good with her also.
I love that Peek-a-boo had the chance to play with other dogs while being boarded instead of sitting in a cage all day. I also loved the webcams that allowed me to watch her run and play! It assured me that using Dogtopia was the right decision for her.
Sophie loves when she gets to see the staff and her doggie friends. She never wants to come home. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff are fantastic and take such great care of all of the dogs. We love the different activities throughout the month.

I like that you have 3 rooms to separate dogs by size & energy. The fact you have cameras gives me confidence we can trust you. Bailey always seems happy to go there. The places has a positive energy. I like your schedule of activities & treats. Bailey handles Boarding there better than other places we've tried.

Staff could be friendlier, our dog was crated for an unknown amount of time and has come home smelling strongly of pee.
Dogtopia of Latham was just wonderful! The staff were just wonderful and went above and beyond to give me a tour of the facility and what they offer! While it was just a meet n greet, my puppy also had a trim cut and he came home looking adorable! I'm very pleased!

Staff is great and so attentive. You can really tell the staff love what they do and care for the dogs like their own. It makes it easier to leave your dog for the day!!!
