It's been a while since Axle has been to Dogtopia Southlake. We were excited to be able to schedule him for a grooming appointment and daycare so quickly. We love his haircut and who doesn't love turkey meatballs for lunch. We know Axle did!!!!
Always friendly
The staff is so friendly and kind and absolutely loves every single dog that walks through that door. It's hard to trust people with such a big part of your life and heart, and I absolutely trust the staff at Dogtopia DTC with our sweet boy, Gus. I cannot thank you all enough for giving him such a great place to get out of all of his energy!

I’m impressed Sutherland day care and overnight care. Biscuit gets excited when we pull up for his playdates. Although he only goes two or three times a month he loves his time there
All of the employees are welcoming and know each dog well. Employees go out of their way to love and care for each animal. It's truly amazing to see.
We’ve had multiple occasions of booking in for a groom, having the confirmation and then getting to Dogtopia for them to say we don’t have your dog booked in. The lack of accountability that someone messed up is frustrating, instead it’s made out to feel like it’s our fault. Secondly, times where I’ve watch the cameras, some staff are chasing dogs around with mental water bowls which are scaring the dogs or physically yanking the dogs harness and throwing them. It doesn’t make me feel overly comfortable leaving my dog there. When I did bring my dog in the other week, and again an incident of them not having him in the groomers schedule, I called them at 1pm (after he was dropped off at 8am) looking for an update for the staff member on the phone to say “are you bringing him in for daycare?” And I stated no, he’s currently at your facility. This causes concern that they did not even know he was there. And they were more concerned about the cost and inquiring about if I’m paying for daycare then reassuring me. It left me feeling very uncomfortable.
Love the people and the ability to have my little guy socialize and make friends!
Curbside Drop Off & Pick Up, friendly and attentive staff, and the the large open space for my pup to play both inside or outside.
Mostly that my dog seems to LOVE coming. Also the friendliness of the staff and the ease in booking. We appreciate you!
The feedback cycle is not very consistent. It's hard to know how you pup did during the stay.

All of the staff is so friendly, helpful, and personable. They know my dog by name and I trust she’s in good hands whenever she’s there! She comes home a tired, fulfilled pup.
We appreciate how kind and patient the staff are. They are accommodating when it comes unexpected pickup/dropoff, last minute boarding/daycare. They’re always so welcoming and smiling when I bring her in. Dogtopia has a variety of activities, different meals options, snacks, and treats. Month long activities keep the doggos entertained and enriched. From training, minor grooming options- nail trims, baths, which is very convenient for busy pet parents. As well as fun activities, yummy treats, birthday pictures, and lots more. I’m really happy to know my fur baby is taken care of and made lots of friends! Thank you Dogtopia Edmond. Your team is truly amazing and an asset to the community!
Convenient hours, affordable services, and friendly staff
1. Dont expire my credits after 30 days.
2. Lower daily day care costs - you are more expensive than either of the other day cares I use
