How happy my pup is and the staff is so kind. Trevor and all the dog trainers in the toy box are amazing! I also love getting report cards too.
We have been bringing our dog to this dogtopia for 3 years. The staff has great. He is always happy to run in in the morning. Grooming is good, though we mostly just do nails.
The pricing structure for buying days packages changed recently. We were using the the 10 day packages. We had been doing 8 visits a month, but can’t afford that much anymore and so moved to just 4 visits a month.
Now we have to buy packages that are 8 or 12 days, but they expire in 90 days. We bought a 12 day package and it expired the day before we used it up.
We used to be able to get daycare for $26 a day. Now it is $31 or or 34.
We will have a hard time keeping up with increases like that.
Everyone has been extremely kind every time we visit, it's easy to relax knowing our pup is being cared for by such nice people!

The staff is amazing and friendly while the facility is clean and orderly. Signing Ruger up for daycare or boarding is easy, especially with the app. They take outstanding care of her each day she's there. I cannot think of a better place for Ruger to spend the day if she can't be at home with us. Dogtopia is definitely a home away from home for her!

The thing that I like the most is the way my dog is treated at dogtopia. He is a reactive excited dog. I’ve been to many places that gave me details on his poor behavior. When I bring Moe to dogtopia everyone knows him and his excitability and yet still manages to greet him with a smile, a belly rub and sometimes even kisses. I know when he has to be removed from the group, I see it on the camera and I’m okay with that. It’s the only way he will learn. Telling me how poorly he behaved when I pick him up will never correct his behavior. I’m so happy that the staff at dogtopia know how to handle him.
Yuki loves coming to Dogtopia and she is always tired when she comes home from a day of fun. The team is incredible and so friendly. We know Yuki is in good hands while we are working. Thank you everyone!

The staff treat my pup like family. I know that he is always well cared for, and he has so much fun at daycare. He gets super excited when he knows we’re heading to Dogtopia. Scheduling and drop off/pick up is easy, and staff always communicate if there is anything I need to know about my dog’s behavior, interactions with staff and other dogs, or a health concern. And thank you for wearing him out~ he always comes home tuckered out from a day of play!
I had previously credit on account which would have been used before the Holidays , but instead was wiped off the books, so the overnight stay I was charged for Nov 14,15, and 16. I thought this unfair,
