Well, my dog had her first Meet and Greet at Dogtopia. I was impressed with the cleanliness/smell of the facility. The staff (Connor) was very nice and helpful. My dog stayed for a couple of hours and seemed happy upon pick up. I am hopeful to many months of good service!

First, I really appreciated the care and concern for my pup's (1y 9m) first boarding experience by the Meet and Greet introduction they offered for a few hours before her actual 2 nights. Also absolutely love the positivity and enthusiasm of the staff!

At our Meet & Greet, all of the employees were very friendly and great at answering our questions. The facility was clean, and the other dogs arriving were excited to be there. Our pup also had a fun time! We have found our new doggy day care!
Convenient, a lot of play time, clean, and a kind staff. My two dogs are happy to go when we arrive and dead tired when they come back.

I found Dogtopia of Mount Kisco mostly by chance several years ago and am so happy that i sort of stumbled upon it. Dogtopia of Mount Kisco is staffed by people who genuinely love each dog in their care. My dog Adele gets excited to go to see her the staff and her dog friends. My family likes to check in on Adele on the webcams and, when we do, she always seems to be having fun. I recommend Dogtopia of Mount Kisco to all my friends and family in the area!

I have just started to use Dogtopia recently. My dogs are very happy and tired when they come home, and all the clients I see coming and going always are content. Staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. I am so glad I made the decision to walk in and check it out that one day.
I love how they treat my dog from the time he walks in the door until the time he leaves. Olaf is a Great Pyrenees and not every place appreciates large dogs. But this group treats him just as they would any other dog, and they even have funny little made up names for him. I think the absolute best part of their services is that my dog gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot because he knows where we are going. He never hesitates to go back with the staff and that is the best compliment that could ever be paid.
Friendly staff.
All of the staff is very good to my pups. When I've had surgery they make sure to greet me at my car when I pull up and get my Great Danes from the car and walk them inside for me which helps me so much! Dogtopia is always so clean and I love the staff. They have nail trim day which I always use. It helps me tremendously instead of doing this myself. Lastly, I love when they have "special activity days" and so do my Great Danes. Every single time they come home they're completely worn out and I love it!
When we dropped off Joker, we were well received with a friendly staff. We were told we would be emailed a link to log into the ap or website to view the cameras. We did not get that email and could not verify if our dog was playing with the other dogs or crated. When we picked up Joker, nobody greeted us and we felt like we were inconveniencing the dogtopia staff. We checked the screens and did not see our dog. We asked the staff if she was crated and for how long. No answer. We asked two more times and nobody responded. They handed us the end of the leash as if we were causing problems.

My senior diabetic dog was groomed there and he looks wonderful!! Cherie took her time with him as he has dementia, and he was comforted by her treatment. I will be taking him again.
