I let my puppy over night everyone was so nice to me and my puppy they took exception care of her I even got to watch her the dog am she was so happy

The staff is great at Dogtopia. My dog has been coming there since he was very young. He is a high energy dog and when I ask him if he wants to go to doggie day care and see his friends he immediately jumps up and down and wiggles in excitement. That says it all for me. I highly recommend Dogtopia.
Tysons Corner Dogtopia staff takes great care of my 2 border collies! (3 & 2.5 yrs old).
I've been using 3 days/wk subscriptions which has been working out nicely. I divide their days 3/4; 3 days of social/play time w their Dogtopia pup pup friends / 4 days of backyard/outside time at home. On Dogtopia days, I always sign them up for fun activities i.e. obstacle courses, personalized art crafts, super fun photo shoots and also personal play time/brain games! Border collies need constant brain stimulation, hence I love these extracurricular activities. I do not mind the extra cost for these activities either, because good portion of it goes to supporting Military Veterans Service Dogs <3!!!
Sam Barker, AGM, is Dogtopia's gem!!! Her excellent & personable customer service skills are definitely worth mentioning. Like everything else in life, Dogtopia Tysons Corner is not perfect. Nothing is! However, whenever I express my concerns, Sam addresses it immediately and also reaches out via tel. AND responds to my email right away!
I would like to also mention that Elinor Miller, Pet Parent Coordinator, has also been awesome taking care of my pups and making sure they are happy, hence I am happy :)
Lastly, Ty, one of the Room Coaches, who's been there as long as i remember (it's been 2.5 yrs. since I started using this facility) is another stellar staff! I just wish she could be in the room where my pups are... :(

I must first say that I love Dogtopia. My daughter and I both take our babies there. When I dropped my dog off on Thursday, I noticed the lobby area smelt very strongly of pee and ammonia. I did not say anything because I figured that it was something that just happened cause I have never encountered that before. When I returned on Monday, the smell was still really bad after I left there. I called to alert them. I also told my daughter she said that when she took her dog on Thursday, the smell was still there and very strong. This was concerning. This was the first time I encountered such as strong, bad smell. We have been taking our dogs there for over two years.
Great staff… very caring for the dogs
Everyone is super friendly and my dog, Nila, loves it there. Convenient hours and they offer spa/bath services which I use at least 2 a month. Her pictures are proudly exhibited on my fridge. Couldn't be happier!
Very accommodating, loving towards all the dogs
The facility is clean and does not smell. Staff is friendly and seem to interact with dogs well. Webcams are an asset. Dogs came home happy and not coughing or sick.

It's clear that the staff genuinely love dogs, and they love and spoil my Henry just as much as I do! Knowing that makes me feel very comfortable leaving him there as often as I do.

My dogs absolutely love this place. The staff is so kind and friendly and the facility is safe and super clean. I know my dogs are well taken care of every time I drop them off. They offer creative activities and snacks every time they go. Top notch!! ❤️❤️
Staff up front is always sweet. Very welcoming environment. My dog loves the word “Dogtopia”now and still loves coming here (from puppyhood to adulthood)! I recently recommended my neighbor go here.
Dogtopia is the place to be!! Sweet, professional, caring, knowledgeable staff who know me and my pupper, Ozzy! The staff loves all the dogs! I've never seen anyone without a smiling face! It's obvious they actually like caring for the dogs!
Whoever came up with the monthly events for the dogs was a genius! These are fun for the pups as well as the parents!
The lobby is always clean and welcoming. The webcam is a great way to check on Ozzy during his day care.
All I have to do is say hey Ozzy do you want to go see your friends and he is ready to get in the truck and get going. As soon as we enter the lobby he is pawing at the door to the play area it is the coolest thing to see your dog love to visit a place so much. I never worry when I need to leave Ozzy overnight for care. I know he is getting the best.
We are from Wisconsin. We've spent the last 4 months in Las Vegas for the winter and are heading home in a few days. With plans to return next winter, enrolling Ozzy back into Dogtopia of Sun City is a must.
