Staff are outstanding
Friendliness of staff. If it were not for Patty we'd probably be shopping around for other services.
I love how much all the employees care about my dog. They are generally happy to see her each day she comes. I feel so comfortable with her being there. I also love that I can get her nails trimmed, bathed, etc.

Trustworthy and consistent.
Scout lives his best life going to daycare at Dogtopia. Before starting daycare in January he was getting into mischief (and trouble) but now he’s perfect. And I love the socialization he gets with dogs and other humans.
They are friendly and accommodating for our schedule with our pup!
Our cockapoo is so excited to go and play with other doggie friends. We know she will be supervised, fed and have nap time. All good things for her and no worries for her parents.

Daycare and boarding has been a game changer for me and Sully. He gets the exercise he needs and I have a safe place for him to stay when needed.
Our dog loves going to Dogtopia. The facility is clean, open and fun! The employees are the best part of the experience; they know everything about every dog. They are so easy to work with and provide any services you may need: grooming, extended overnight care, training, etc. We love Dogtopia!
The friendliness of your staff. My dogs love going to daycare at Dogtopia. They are always greeted warmly when they arrive.
Dolly and Scout love playing with all their friends during the day! They come home worn out in a good way and are always so excited to go back to play! Everyone there is so welcoming, responsive to communication, and knows all the dogs by name. I highly recommend Dogtopia. Their boarding services are wonderful too!
The people.
The staff are friendly. I believe they actually care about the animals. It's extremely convenient, and the prices are reasonable.
I dropped my dog, Daisy, for 1/2 day daycare. My elderly parents went to pick her up and were given the wrong dog. My mother was confused, but thought that Dogtopia had provided a bath and salon services. She thought she was confused because the dog had my dog's collar and tags on him. When I returned home, I panicked when I saw that not only did I not have my dog, but someone else's. I immediately called Dogtopia and was told to come in and exchange this mystery dog with mine. The most disappointing aspect of this experience was the attitude of the Dogtopia staff. There was no apology, empathy, or remorse for this error. I am sure they did not relay this information to the other owner, because the staff person at the desk said that this particular dog did not get picked up until later, so the owner did not know he was sent home with another family. One staff person dismissed the mistake because, "there are like 5 white dogs in there." I know you have a reason for removing the collars when the dogs come in, but there must be some systems in place to make sure dogs do not get mixed up and that pick up times are tracked. I would think that this would be important for billing reasons alone.

My dog absolutely loves her Dogtopia days and the staff is great. The two things that could make it better are room for the large dogs to run and shorter pick up times.
