I love that your staff really cares about the animals and takes care of them and plays with them. I love that I can have bears nails clip, and then he can also get a spa day. They have all kinds of activities for the dogs on a daily basis.
OMG I love Dogtopia and so does the most important doggie in the world. He loves going once we get to the last stop light he is pacing back and forth in the back seat. Whinning because he can't wait to go in to see all his doggie friends and his human friends. When we leave he has to go to each office staff to say good bye. Not only does he get to play all day long with his doggie friends, he gets guidence on how to be even a better behaved doggie. Thank You Dogtopia for all that you. My fur baby has been at Dogtoipia since he was 8 mnths old and he will be turning 6 in Dec. Time for another bday party plan at Dogtopia.

I think people also consider convenience for dropoff and pick up, so a Beach Blvd location may not work for all the people I recommend them to.
The service is very personalized and the people clearly love working with the dogs.
All the handlers there seem to love what they do & take great care of all the dogs - they have birthday parties & food treats available during nap time

Everyone is so kind, and I can see that your staff cares about every dog that comes in. I know my dog is having his best day ever every day, even if that means laying on a cot from drop off to pick up.

The staff is very caring to my Faith . They always great her and also my husband and I with a smile. It is kept clean and safe for our baby. Also I love how they support therapy and service dogs for others . We also love all the fun activities that they have for our pup.
The convenience and the fact my dog looks forward to going there every morning. Also, the staff, except that it's troubling that there is so much turnover. Just when you build a rapport with a member of the staff, they're gone.

Friendly service for the humans and attentive care for the dogs.
That you come to the house.....also that leads to higher prices. $120 to wash and cut a 22lb dog seems a bit ridiculous but we like how he looks. We have been introduced to a woman who does it in her house for $60 for same service. In times like these we have to save money where we can so we will probably switch. Other than price we love it!

Dogtopia has been exceeding my expectations on the care of my precious Molly! I travel quite a bit and I feel very confident she is always in the best hands. Every time I take her to Dogtopia, she is excited to go in and is acting like she’s going to her grandmother‘s house. I would not be able to travel the extent I do without having the comfort of knowing my fur daughter is in the best hands. I highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone.
Staff are kind to humans and pets, easy to get appointments for daycare, spa, and overnight stays. Facilities are clean and the dogs are separated by size. My pup loves it here at Dogtopia Winter Park!
Friendly staff and knowledgeable about dog behavior. As a first time dog owner, they have helped me navigate owning a puppy and now an adolescent as he grows. And most of all, Apollo loves it there!
Just wish there was an outdoor space for the dogs. The staff is great and booking is easy.
I would give it a 10 as well love this place…. However I wish you had half day pricing as my dog only goes for a couple hours after 2:00.
