Friendly and personable staff who cares for your fur baby.
I love my groomer, Jordyn. My dogs love her and she is so great with them. They are always so excited to see her. They always look so cute when i pick them up. She is the best!

I like the staff and the app
I like seeing the familiar faces out front, and getting to know the new faces of those being trained for customer interactions. I like that my pup comes home tired from however he chose to spend his time...whether it was playing, watching while roaming among all the other dogs, or getting some snuggles from humans. His personality seems to work with the set up and I know he is safe and busy. I also like how they will not give him treats since he has tummy issues - good to know they are aware of their charges and any issues.

The teams really knows and cares about my dog. He can be reactive and shy, but they know how to work with him.
My dog was very scared of other dogs when he first started going to Dogtopia. The staff was patient with him. He now is very eager to go!
I am also happy that they now offer full grooming. My dog hates baths and grooming. He also gets carsick if we have to drive very far. Now he can be groomed when he arrives and then still do something fun so he doesn't hate to go.
Susie has been going to Dogtopia Gardenhome for daycare and boarding for over 3 years and she loves it there. We have always been warmly welcomed. Thank you for all you do for us! I highly recommend Dogtopia, Gardenhome.

My dog had a great time and came home tired. I like that we can see them on the cameras throughout the day. I also really liked that they wiped him down before bringing him out. My only feedback is that their space is small for the number of dogs that were there.
The people at the location are friendly but getting charged for a day I wasn’t supposed to be charged and not getting a refund after requesting it is just unacceptable. I was waiting to see if this would be resolved but it still hasn’t been so I’ll probably be going somewhere else

I like how much you take care of my dog and how much you just care about all the dogs in general. You always have fun activities for them to do when they are there.
Everyone is pleasant at Dogtopia in Warwick. They all know my dogs name and immediately acknowledge my dog when she arrives. Keep up the fry work!
My dogs love going to Dogtopia.When I pull up in my car they jump right out of it and go right to the door. I know I can watch them on my phone while they are there but I haven't done that yet.

The front desk staff is so sweet and has great customer care. We’ve only taken our dogs to be groomed here and this is our first time doing a daily rate. They have been so awesome with our dog Boone.
