Dogtopia is clean, beautiful and accommodating. They are educational and genuinely care about sharing information about their facility and your baby!
Maybe the dogs should get a rest period each day. (do they now?). My dogs were so exhausted after a week there they would do nothing but sleep for about 12 hours. Wouldn't eat. Only went out once.

your staff is outstanding. You can tell they really like dogs. Harry, my dog, is skittish and afraid of everything but he really shines when he goes to your daycare. His tail is wagging and he can't wait to get inside to play. This is all due to your staff and their dedication to their jobs. When I boarded Harry, he returned a happy dog. I love Dogtopia and tell everyone about it.

Well the first day Hercules came home he had a wound on his left stifle. I just blew it off as rough play. Then the second time he was there, almost the whole top of his nose was rubbed off. I was told he was rubbing his nose in the crate. So why did you not try to stop him? Then when I checked the cameras after 2, there wasn’t anyone even in the room with the dogs. When I picked him up, they asked if he had ever been in a crate. I told them no just like I did at his meet and greet. Then they asked me if I had a crate…well duh…no since he doesn’t go in a crate. Then they had the audacity to tell me to get a crate and start feeding him in it. I’m another no. Hercules will not be back.

The staff here is phenomenal. My dog is always thrilled to go and clearly happy while he is there. The video cameras are a terrific way to see how much fun my dog is having.
there is a dogtopia that opened a couple years ago a few miles from my house. The Springfield location takes a bit over a half hour to get to. and while I know the closer facility is also good, I prefer to bring my dog to the Springfield Dogtopia. I simply cannot say enough good things about the.lm!
Booking is simple, drop off & pickup are simple. My dog loves being there, so what else does one need?
You are the best! Milo had an eye infection and I was so relieved, halfway across the world, to hear that you could take him to the vet and take care of everything. He was so happy and content when I picked him up. You have my service for life!
Better supervision of the dogs. Many dogs are playing rough and I have observed my dog getting caught in the middle of other dogs roughhousing. There needs to be a lower dog to human ratio. Perhaps split the gloss up into more groups as only two of the rooms are typically used. Maybe engaging the dogs in activities will help the more active dogs burn off energy.
Our dog smells everytime she leaves. It has gotten better but is still present.
