I recently brought my dog in for a bath appointment and was disappointed with the overall experience. When I picked her up, she still had noticeable eye crust buildup and didn’t smell freshly cleaned. I had also booked anal gland expression, but that service does not appear to have been completed.
She was waiting in daycare for quite a while before being cleaned, and her pickup time ended up being more delayed than expected. Communication throughout the process wasn’t very clear, which made the experience feel a bit unorganized.
While watching the facility’s webcam during the visit, I also observed an employee sweeping in a way that appeared to push the broom directly toward the smaller dogs rather than around them. I took a screenshot because it felt intentional and concerning. I noticed that other staff members were more careful and gentle in comparison.
Although this did not involve my dog directly, since she was in the large dog area, the combination of these issues made me uncomfortable and ultimately led me to decide not to continue bringing her in. I didn’t feel the need to raise this in person at the time, but wanted to share the feedback.
Create an outdoor enclosed play area for dogs to run in and out of for their bathroom needs. Have overnight staff for boarding. Provide photos/updates daily.
I love mostly everything about my experience with Dogtopia. I've got my first dog as an adult. She's a doodle puppy and just under 5 months old. I was hesitating about boarding her and leaving her, but I knew she was in great hands. The staff has been exceptionally kind, flexible, and friendly. Still, I would have liked to see her more, to check in. Unfortunately, the three cameras were down for most of the time, so there was no way to see how my girl was doing. I was able to call and get an update on how she was doing, though.
Additionally, it may not be feasible, but it would have been nice to get pictures of Maple while she was there. I also would have loved to get a report card on how well she did in the group. I hope this information is helpful.

Anna was absolutely wonderful. My dog Belle actually liked being there vs other groomers in the past and the person behind the desk was also very nice. She looks and smells wonderful still!

These guys love dogs and it shows. I’ve been taking my dog there for over a year typically multiple times a week and he absolutely loves it. They are also fairly priced
