Our Chloe girl absolutely loves her friends (both human and furry) at dogtopia! They take the best care of her!
The care is excellent! All the girls that work here love the dogs. The webcam is great to check on your pup! The calendar of events keeps you up to date on everything that is going on throughout the month. I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone who wants their dog to have great care and a fun place for them to socialize!

Ease of scheduling and cleanliness
I like they can play all day when you board your baby. Other places boarding and daycare is separate
What’s not to like? Friendly staff, fun events and my dog loves coming! Also it’s clean!

The location is enroute to work, my puppy is happy and usually tired after the day and the webcam so I can check on him throughout the day.
They are so friendly and treat my dog so well. 10/10 service. Highly recommend!

I love the availability of so many services. My dog comes home exhausted from daycare. He’s not a super social dog but has definitely come out of his shell since we started here. Also the staff has a really wonderful energy. The trainers are friendly and seem to have a genuine affectiion for my dog.

Your staff is warm and wonderful to me and my dog. All I've had is a meet and greet but I will be boarding my pet from time to time as a result of yesterday's meeting.

The staff is very friendly and seems to genuinely like the dogs. My dog loves it there and is so happy to be there and exhausted when he comes home from play. It’s also good to be able to just drop in without notice and leave the dog there for a day stay
When I bring Sage into Dogtopia, we are warmly greeted by name, and met by smiles.
The staff was really nice and helpful. I think it was a good experience.
I had taken my dog before, but this last time they couldn't find the additional individuals I had listed for pick up. Upon questioning they did find my husband's name. Made me feel a bit uneasy.
Did love that my dog was able to find another dog to play with this last time!

Friendly and competent
The people who work there go above and beyond, everyone is so nice. The property is very clean and it smells good. Most of all my Lily loves going there because she has fun and it wears her out

They are very conscientious and compassionate and have done a wonderful job caring for my dog!!!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with my dog, Azula. I don’t believe dogs should be put in cages, especially when we are paying for a service that is supposed to provide care, supervision, and comfort. If I wanted my dog to be in a cage, I could do that at home.
Azula was left in a crate for a long period of time, and the cameras were turned off, which made me feel uneasy about how she was being treated. When she was returned to us, she smelled like urine, likely because there is no designated area for dogs to relieve themselves. I think the facility should have a proper potty area and better sanitation.
It also seemed like her water bowl wasn’t refilled, which is concerning. Basic needs like water access should always be a priority.
Overall, this was a bad experience for us, and unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. I hope these issues are addressed so other pets and owners don’t go through the same thing.
Pricing is tough for an extended boarding stay. But overall service was great for this stay. Thank you!
