The associates at the front desk are very friendly. I also love that I can see what is going on with my dog via the webcams. I am also able to see how clean the facility is. While my dog was there, any messes were cleaned up immediately so that the dogs would not get messy.
Affordable. Extremely friendly and, respectful staff. Clean facility. All staff members display their love for all the dogs.

I love that my pup knows where we are as she gets out of the car (tail wagging) and now that she has been several times, she runs to the kennels with the assistant without looking at me. She is a very social dog, which I think helps.
Each staff person I met was extremely professional, welcoming, and was obviously very in love with dogs!!!!!! Savannah went out of her way to make me feel comfortable! She even texted me an update on Sadie’s first day😀

I love the staff at Dogtopia! They are all very friendly and helpful. My dog instantly took to Dogtopia and looks forward to her visits. I’m able to see what my dog is doing through the webcam and that puts me at ease. I’m glad that I found Dogtopia.

My dog is obsessed with Dogtopia and has been for years. He loves the people, and he always comes home exhausted. Two- three days a week is enough to wear him out so that we can enjoy easy walks together, and I can be at work without worrying about him. We’re customers for life.

I am seeing more turnover in employees so the relationships with us and the employees and the relationships with our dogs are not as solid as they used to be. That is a big concern.
Grooming services are outstanding!
It gives my dog some exercise and some valuable time with other dogs (as well as with some new people - he loves humans!)
From the moment we walked in for Dexter's meet and greet day, the team at dogtopia have been fantastic. They truly care about the dogs and ensuring that the experience is not only a positive one but does not cause undue stress.
