I would like to see the daily rate reduced due to the expense. Other than that Dogtopia is a reasonable place for dog daycare.

Dogtopia is the place! Your pup will love all the fun activities. The staff will send you pictures and you can also check out the webcams. It’s a great “home away from home” for your pup!

Reopen the lounge for older small dogs with lower energy

I took my dog Millie in for grooming and daycare on the 21st. Our first time for groom so I talked to two girls at the desk to provide details. They wrote everything down on the groom order including time for pick up agreed upon. I got there at 4 and Millie hadn’t even been touched by a groomer. I was charged before we realized they hadn’t got to her. Which was fine because I rescheduled her for this coming Monday. I got lots of excuses but didn’t really seem like your counter crew knew what was going on. I’ve always appreciated the attention and care for Millie. Just didn’t see it this time. Disappointing
reliability and professional dog care
Staff is awesome. Our pup is always happy when we come get her.
We are switching from the Raintree location. We are very attached to Lana. An email with our concerns went unanswered until my husband Jeff went in for a face to face discussion. This did not help us feel comfortable there.
Our concerns about our pup’s safety and correct identification were addressed at our meet snd greet and in fact the Paradise Valley facility made some suggestions to help us feel comfortable bringing her to their location. Everyone was friendly and clearly loved dogs.
The staff are all so kind and Kai really enjoys daycare at dogtopia! :)

I was taking my new rescue to another place for a few weeks, and he became more terrified after each visit. Disconcerting.
Day two at the new place, Dogtopia, and he’s delighted and excited to go!
You can check in via the webcam to see how they’re doing, etc. You can tell the dogs love the trainers. The dogs check in with them between panting, etc. , seeking approval. It’s awesome.
They truly check the temperament and sociability of the dogs to help them integrate successfully to the pack!

You can tell they genuinely care about your pet. I love how I can check in on webcams to see my girl run and play with the other dogs.
My dog loves coming everyday! Which is the most important part. If she doesn't like it then I don't but luckily she absolutely loves it!!

Staff energy and enthusiasm is top notch! Our pup is always so warmly greeted we know that he is well taken care of throughout the day. Fun photos and activities are a nice treat that we look forward to. My only complaint would be that they do come home smelling a bit like peepee but to be expected with the number of pups. Perhaps in future having a turf area within the room with some underneath drainage where the pups relieve themselves in one area consistent with home grass use might keep others from running through pee etc. just an idea. No complaints though!
