My dog loves it there!
The hours of operation, the fantastic employees, and the well kept, clean space. All of that contributes to the happiness we see in our dog when we pick her up!
They care about your pet and it shows in your pets attitude.

All of your stuff are very nice and friendly and responsible. We can trust them.
This may not matter to some dogs, but our dog gets outdoor playtime and walks 2-3x daily. The outdoor space at Dogtopia is small and with the broken gate he couldn’t really run freely. I would use Dogtopia again for a day or a weekend but no longer than that.
The staff is warm and friendly. They greet both the pets and their owners warmly and share little stories from the day. For exammple the other day when I picked up Lila, they shared that she played iwht a lot of the dogs today whereas normally Lila just picks one with which to play. It leaves the impression they really care. I also like that staff turnover is very small.

Oakley Last name removed was excessively dehydrated when he came home and drank 3 bowls of water after I specifically requested water in his crate AND dropped off his personal water bowl to DogTopia GCP AND spoke to staff at drop off. ALSO, Oakley VOMITED ALL night after he returned home. THANKS A LOT. I LOVE DOG VOMIT ON ALL MY CARPETS. Let’s not get started on the huge pile (!) my husband found behind the couch the next morning. I question your policies on cleaning the crates AND admitting dogs with stomach viruses. I’m completely disgusted. FYI the only reason he stayed with you was because there was NO ROOM at Hounds Town AND Best In Show AND our dog walker. TAKE THE HINT. Last, we watched Oakley on video. YOUR STAFF COMPLETELY IGNORED THAT OAKLEY NEEDED TO BE PUT OUT FOR THE BATHROOM- HOW MANY TIMES DID HE NEED TO BEG AT THE DOOR?? Reimburse me for this nightmare. Gross.
I trust Dogtopia to care for my dogs because I know they treat them like their own. Not only do my dogs get mental stimulation during the days I have to go into the office, but I know they have a good time boarding when we have to go out of town. The owners are truly good humans and they hire responsible employees who do a great job!

Convenient location, friendly staff. My dog actually likes spending time there.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The dogs are separated by size; this is good because small dogs can inadvertently get hurt playing and trying to keep up with the "big dogs." The dogs take daily naps! This is crucial, as dogs need time to decompress. They enforce that here, which is good. They offer spa treatment with baths and grooming. My dog gets it all in one place, and they do a great job with it. They have a good over night boarding system. And, finally, I like the web streaming option to see what my dog is up to. 🙂
Lakota was there for grooming, and it was his first time there, the groomer cut him how I wanted him, and he will definitely be back.
Friendly staff and pups did well.
Very understaffed, no one answers the phone.
Also I was told one thing, then they refused to honor what we were told.
Also they called and left me a message that my dog was involved in I biting incident, but when I called back, no answer time after time. Finally after 15 minutes of constant dishing an answered.
Not good for an emergency with my pet!

Early morning and evening hours
They treat my dog with care, I love how they remember my dog's name. I also love that I can check on my dog with their camera.
Everyone is always kind and professional and my dog is well cared for!
I love the facility and the various rooms for my dog to play in. I like the cameras in each room so I can watch my dog. The spa services are great. The events put on are great.

I can see Oliver on the site' Webcam. He looks very happy all the time. He is busy.
We love it here! Loki loves his daycare. He and his wagging tail can’t get in fast enough. Always excited to see his friends.
Everyone there is very helpful and treats all the dogs as if they were their own.
