Everyone is friendly, polite, professional and all seem to enjoy interacting with the pets.
The staff is incredible. I love how they always plan activities for the dogs and most importantly, my dog loves to go there. That tells me he enjoys it and trusts his caregivers.
Simple to use, available, friendly.
The staff are caring...Last minute we had to board him a few weeks ago he couldn't stay at the house we had set up because of another dog living there..Vet said no other dogs because they could lick his wound He had an open sore on his hip and was in a cone...They went out of their way to clean out a spot for Cooper to play in. I try to get him there at least once a week because he loves it so much!! He's also gotten baths there..
Everyone is so friendly. Our pup instantly fell in love with it there. He gets so excited when we pull up. Helps get all his crazy puppy energy out and makes him such a good boy at home.
Absolutely everything! The ladies at the front desk are friendly and my pups love going! Had a wonderful boarding visit as well!

Every single staff member I met was so professional and genuine. Facility was exceptionally clean and inviting. Video access offered reassurance. After just one glance of the play room I could see he was happy and well cared for.
Very happy with the day care but would be hesitant to board overnight since there is no staff on premises overnight. I would not leave my dog in my own home alone overnight so I would not feel comfortable leaving her alone to board. Otherwise all the staff I’ve encountered is very friendly and all seem to really love the dogs . Also place is clean and I love that you can check in on the webcam.
It's curbside they open early professional staff

As soon as we walk through the door, we are immediately greeted by staff. They have a way of making any new pup feel welcomed and safe. She is new here, and the times she has been, she has had a great time.

Prices keep going up every time you call to make an appt and there’s no reasonable justification, other than market factors which is false because prices are coming down in every business factor. Can’t lean on tired out response “everything is going up”. Sad to to see price gouging in full effect!
Staff are incredibly friendly and informative. Answered all our questions and eased any concerns we had with daycare. Were straightforward and informative with how our dogs did. Also while watching the feed we noticed the staff being on top of caring for the dogs and keeping everything running smoothly.
Love the staff, they make the place shine.
A few Administrative issues and operational things are in need of improvement, but still love the place and the pup does too.
Always answer questions immediately, daycare is most often available on very short notice
Between me and Cooper our schedule has been varied with health problems. Everyone has been most kind and understanding. And Cooper LOVES coming. Thank you all Name removed
Everyone is sooo awesome! I love the fact that everyone takes the time to know each pups name and really pay attention to their needs is amazing. I appreciate the staff for always taking good care of Oslow! Pay them more, they work hard!
Everyone seems to enjoy
Easy to schedule appointments via the Dogtopia app. Responses are quick. Facilities are clean. Associates are friendly. Bennett enjoys being at Dogtopia.
All of the trainers are so nice and I enjoy waiting in the lobby waiting for my pup. They have helped my dog, Nola, open up a lot. She is a rescue from Texas. She had heartworms that we had treated which meant to lived in her kennel for 3 months. She was scared of everything. I hand fed her and led her to her food bowl for weeks. Now she’s excited to see her friends as soon as we get out of the truck and she hears the barking she leads me right to the door. I tell all my friends to go to Dogtopia.
Staff is very friendly and they take great care of my dogs. They always have fun things going on for them. I know my pups are in great hands!
