The staff is so friendly and really love on our dogs.
All the workers at Dogtopia of South Ann Arbor really enjoy their jobs and care so deeply about our dogs. My dog; Baker is so excited to come in and when I come to pick him up, he falls asleep in the car, which means I know that he had tons of fun running around and playing with his friends.

Friendly and personable, clean facility
Our dog is happy there -- likes the people and the other dogs. That's what matters most.
We also like that it's an indoor facility, because our dog gets sick when she eats grass, leaves, and other things she finds outside.

I've been a customer of Dogtopia for almost 9 years. I've seen a lot of employees come and go and even transitions of ownership. While I don't always agree with changes that have been made (please bring back different pre-paid packages again), this place is all about the dogs and that's because of all of their employees and they are the reason I am still a customer there. The manager, Gina, has been a part of this Dogtopia for a long time and her experience shows. Linden, Makenna and Tess are experienced and love your dogs as if they are their own. As does all of the other team members. And I love the addition of the groomer, Victoria. She's done a great job with Walter!

I love everyone at Dogtopia NW Raleigh. They have been so sweet and helpful each time I bring my dog in. He loves going and comes home happy and exhausted after each visit.
The employees know my dog. My dog is excited to get through that door each morning. I can get her bathed during my work day. And she can stay overnight in a place she is familiar with.
Being able to board my dog in a place she is comfortable with dogs and people she knows.
Communicating with employees is great, they always let me know how my pup did each day when I pick her up

The staff is always very friendly and welcoming of my dog. He's always excited to be there. The webcams are a plus; I can check in on my dog any time of day! I also think the pricing is reasonable.

Our dog loves the play time with friends, and he loves all of the staff members there! They all take a few moments to greet each dog by name when they walk in.

Dogtopia and their staff are like an extension of my home. They truly love my dog, Willow Rose like she is one of their own family members. Willow loves going to “puppy school” as we call it and goes two full days per week. The facility is absolutely spotless and inviting! I love watching my dog from the large windows in her playroom or from the awesome dog camera. I highly recommend this care facility for your dogs as well.
Great staff and my puppy is always excited to go there! Like that they give a rest break from noon - 2 for lunch and a nap! Love the video cameras so you can check in during the day!
There is always a coach in the room with the pups, and we love being able to see the livestreams

The employees are nice and respectful, and very very helpful. I enjoyed the app. It makes everything easier from scheduling to canceling to rescheduling. Everyone is nice and friendly. But most importantly, everyone seems to care about my dog.
