Friendly employees. Easy drop off. They enjoy the dogs and the dogs are happy to be with them.
Dogtopia has been great with my busy work schedule. They take very good care of my fur baby and she always seems happy when I drop her off in the morning (wagging her tail at the coaches when she walks in) and pick her up in the evening. The coaches are attentive and give her treats. Luna has been a Dogtopia pup since she was 10 weeks old and now she is over 1 years old. Thank you Dogtopia!!!
This is the only doggy day care my 2 dogs have ever enjoyed going to! The staff is attentive and the ability to see my dogs playing with the in facility cameras gives me a lot of peace of mind.
The staff are amazing. The front of house are always so nice and pleasant and my pup loves them. I haven't met too many of the coaches but Sage absolutely loves it there. She needs a nap as soon as she leaves because she plays all day. Plus according to the notes I have been given she has become more comfortable with baths and nail trims. Thank you!

All the employees have been great with our dog
I was quoted $50 over the phone for my dogs bath and dried. But I was charged $60 and the reception ist said she would fix it and send me a receipt on my card . However, I haven’t seen a credit. Also, I was charged $10 for clipping in between my dogs toes but she said she couldn’t do it bc he didn’t hold still. I know it isn’t much money but my card should be credited. The receptionist said her computer wasn’t working correctly.

Everyone that works at Dogtopia truly love their doggie friends that arrive every day! Our dog, Apollo, loves going there! You ask if he wants to go to Daycare and he wants his harness and leash on right away!! He starts jumping around if we are too slow in getting ready to go there.
Everyone is so friendly and obviously they all love dogs. The staff is great at taking feeding instructions. My only issue (why you got a 9 out of 10) is that the webcams are often not working.

We love that you love on our Baxter. We’re glad there are opportunities to train him and would like to see more of that. He comes home exhausted which is exactly what we hope for! He’s so high energy he needs to run it off.

Can you please let the dogs outside more during the day? My dog won’t go to the bathroom inside and pees for way too long when I pick him up. I don’t think it is healthy how long he pees when we leave. I don’t think he goes to the bathroom all day
Friendliness and care for my dog
We were traveling and needed to board our dog while going to the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame. This was close and we walked him over from our hotel and he had a great time while we were touring the sites in downtown Cleveland. Clean, smelled nice, friendly and efficient staff. What more could we have asked for?
It is very convenient and the staff is very welcoming
I was charged $35 for a meet and greet that the staff said was a no charge requirement. Afterwards my dog became sick and had to be picked up a day early. We were not reimbursed for the day nor were we reimbursed for the dog grooming we prepaid for. To top it all off no one tried reaching out to us to see how our dog was doing.
DO NOT use the Tysons Corner Dogtopia!
The Groomer if very good. My dog is difficult to handle but Christine has done a great job.
We had a great experience! Everyone was super friendly and easy to reach. They helped us get our pup registered online and answered all of our questions. When we arrived, the staff was so welcoming and excited to meet our pup.
We were just visiting Bloomington and needed a place for our pup to play for a couple of days. Everything went smoothly, and we felt completely comfortable leaving our pup there. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!

Janea is our favorite groomer hands down. She has been grooming our dogs for many years and we would not even consider going anywhere else!
I have been a member almost since they first opened this location. I’ve seen a lot of change over time. Initially the two owners were there consistently and interacting with customers. I now never see them. Aaliyah is an amazing staff member and shows excitement and enthusiasm over customers and their dogs otherwise, staff seems very lackluster with virtually no greeting or feedback at the end of the day. My dog still shows excitement about going so for now, we plan to stay.
