The south Chandler Dogtopia is absolutely the best! The doggy daycare service has been a godsend for our high energy Frenchie who enjoys going and playing with her besties every day. She is loved and cared for by the entire staff, and they also provide spa days, and special event days. I don’t know what we would do without them. They are so appreciated! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to take their fur baby. They are highly trusted and reliable.

The staff was fantastic.
I have a new rescue puppy. He is a little shy and nervous. He needs to be socializing with other dogs and he needs to burn off some energy. Dogtopia is a great place to do that. I love that you have half days and I an drop him off in a secure safe place for him to run and play.
My app hasn’t worked for months despite doing the updates, making it impossible for me to schedule boarding, grooming or check the cameras while we’re gone. Apparently multiple emails have been sent on my behalf to IT but nothing has changed. I have to call to do these things and 90% of the time no one answers which is incredibly frustrating. I know I can leave a message but I don’t always have the ability to answer when they call back causing a game of phone tag. I just wish you’d answer the phone on a more regular basis.
I also requested Sophie’s toenails to be done this past time when she was boarded for 4 days and it didn’t get done. Now I’ll have to pay more to have the vet do it.
You don’t send little reports after boarding anymore either - it was always nice to get.
I’ve always been happy but lately it’s been frustrating to bring her.

Boarding was a breeze. Great interaction with the animals and everyone we came in contact with was amazing! They treat your pets like family. That’s very reassuring to first timers like me. Love the calendar of events and all kind of services for your pet. Love everything about Dogtopia! Can’t wait to start day care next week. 😂
When my dogs started going there I loved it. Awhile ago they got new management. Since then I don’t feel my dogs are getting the same care. I could supply multiple examples of why I feel this way but here’s the latest example. The last time my dogs were there, my one dog knew my other dog was in a different room and they wouldn’t let him see him. I was told it was because my medium dog is not allowed in with the little dogs. Previously, they let him in for a little bit and then sent him back to the big dogs. What upset me about this is when I drop the dogs off. I told them the week before we had lost our oldest dog and that my medium size dog was a little depressed over that so to not let him see my other dog was upsetting. Another example that happened last winter is I got bit by a dog there, unprovoked, and they did nothing about it. They supposedly spoke to the owner, and they let the dog come back.
