I love your services. The communication is excellent, and the employees all love dogs. It's obvious in their interactions. The added ability to watch them on video is something I like to do when ever my dog is there! We come there every week, and my dog gets so excited when he sees that we are in the parking lot, he whines to get in the door!
Easy to book. Dog is very happy there.
Vicky and the staff are great to my pups. Also love that I can check in on my dogs on video camera.

My dog got hurt recently and I wasn't informed. When I noticed her wounds and asked about it I did not get a straight answer on what happened.
It makes me extremely nervous to leave my pet in dogtopia's care. The dog now has several visible scars and several less visible ones that are hidden by fur.
I understand things can happen but I should have been informed quickly and clearly when an incident occurred.
We love dogtopia! Staff is very friendly and our food is always so excited to go!

I have been very happy with Dogtopia. My pup and I are greeted each visit by a very helpful and happy staff member. They always remember the dogs name and she is thrilled to see them. She comes home happy and tired every time. I highly recommend Dogtopia.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff who take excellent care of all dogs. Creative photo shoots and fun filled activities and snacks each day. It keeps it fun and entertaining for them.
Billing process for wellness plan can be easier, it’s out of the way to modify a wellness plan, make it available to adjust online will be great
My dog loves going to Dogtopia. She goes one day a week just for the socialization and fun! I also have used them for overnight boarding and I have total trust that she is well taken care of.
I like that they open early and stay open late. The Webcam is great because I can see what my dog is doing during the day. The staff is very friendly and always greets us when we arrive.
