The staff is very nice and welcoming. Malaya is the absolute sweetest. My dog enjoys coming here.
I truly appreciate how much they love and care for my fur baby. I especially love being able to check the cameras and see how the staff interacts—not only with my baby, but with all of the fur babies. You can genuinely see the love and attention they give them.
My biggest thing is that my dog has been to another doggy daycare before, and every time she came home, her fur was yellow and she smelled. 😩 With Dogtopia, she comes home looking and smelling exactly like she did when I dropped her off! No yellow stains, no smell—just a happy, tired, well-loved pup. 🥰
And the best part? She is always excited and ready to go back in the morning! That says EVERYTHING to me. ❤️🐶

Easy to book. Multiple people in the rooms for daycare. Employees give individual attention to the dogs... not just watching, but interacting. My dog is excited to go in.

Maisie loves her time at Dogtopia! So much so that she drags me into the building! Every single staff member that we’ve worked with has been amazing. From daycare and being able to check in on her via webcam to training that is helping her behavior to boarding services and knowing she’s safe when I’m traveling, everything has been so awesome. I know Maisie is happy and cared for and that means the world to me!
Flexibility, kindness, friendliness of staff, location, multiple services
Our young lab tried daycare 4 times. Each time we were told that she was doing great and starting to make friends. On the 4th visit my daughter was told that we shouldn’t bring her back because it wasn’t safe because she didn’t protect herself. My daughter was then handed a puppy training brochure we could enroll our puppy in. We haven’t been back since.

We’ve been taking our puppy to Dogtopia for about 4 months now, and she absolutely loves it. She goes 3 days a week and gets so excited when she realizes she’s going to daycare.
I’ll sometimes check the webcams during the day, and it’s honestly just nice seeing her running around and having fun. She always looks like she’s having the best time.
The staff has also been really great. Everyone is super friendly, and you can tell they genuinely love the dogs and enjoy what they do. That’s probably one of my favorite things about the place because I feel comfortable leaving her there knowing she’s being cared for by people who actually love dogs.
Overall, we’ve had a really good experience with Dogtopia and I’m glad we found a place she enjoys so much!

I Took My little Maltese Dog in to be Groomed. Washed and Brushed.
Naturally Maltese Dogs get Mats in their hair. For Years, another Groomer Brushed the matts out. OR Trimed her shorter so the Matts came out.
When I got my Dog , Tese back, they said they couldn't get ALL the Mats out.
SO What am I going to DO then? I would have to Cut them out myself. She needs to be Washed and Combed so, Who should I take her to?????
Or do you want me to Bring her in there in the Future?

I like that Drop off and pick up can be on our schedule for the day and that we can change it.

My information had not been updated in the system. I had paid for a pass after my Meet and Greet and it didnt seem to be showing up.
The staff are well trained I dog behavior . They truly seem to know and love each dog . the staff is excellent in their communication with doggie parents and seem to love their jobs

Moe Mentum loves going to doggie daycare - he is so happy going and is sad to leave - he has made some new friends and loves to play all day long - when he gets home he is exhausted and very snuggly !
His sister Lilly is going to try tomorrow and we hope she loves it as much as Moe does!

It's so easy to be in touch with Dogtopia about reservations, our account, etc. and they have great insight into our dog's time with them during daycare. We love how kind the Dogtopia team is for all the pups in their care. Our dogs are always excited to go to daycare & that means the world to us - how great to have our dog look forward to being away from us when we can't spend the day with them! We know they're safe and having a blast.
We brought our first dog to Dogtopia every week for years & lost him suddenly to illness earlier this year. I would like to commend and thank the Dogtopia team at historic Phoenix for showing us nothing but empathy and kindness during that difficult time and in the months following. It was bittersweet but joyful to bring our newest rescue dog to his meet & greet - we knew he was in great hands and it's been wonderful to watch him start getting more comfortable and even starting to play.
The location is convenient and was able to get a boarding appointment when we went on vacation.
Furthermore, the staff takes good care of Benny and makes sure he’s safe.
Everyone was friendly, didn’t have to wait to long. glad there were quite a few dogs
