The friendly and caring staff
Dogtopia has the best staff and facilities in the area. We have used other services but none compare in quality and excellence so we choose to go to Dogtopia for doggie daycare.
Birdie is excited to go to Dogtopia each morning and is tired when I pick her-up after a fun day at doggie daycare.
My dog is always excited to go to Dogtopia! The staff are super friendly and she greets them enthusiastically.
I love that you take such good care of my pup when we comes to daycare! He has so much fun playing with his friends and getting fun snacks! I enjoy the little crafts he brings home too!!

Friendly staff
The hours are great. Facility appears to be clean and well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

More coverage in the play rooms with the more active and rough players. We have had our dog come home several times with bite and scratch wounds on her face, stomach and legs. Some were really bad and she currently still has one on her face that just won't fully heal. It is right below her eye and it may need to be seen by her vet. I have seen on the web cam, another dog grab her by the neck and shake her extremly hard and the coach did nothing to stop it. My dog would then have to fight her way out of the hold.
I understand that things happen especially when they play and rough house. I know my dog is a rought player, but she shouldn't be coming home with open wounds that bleed when we try to clean them that need to be seen by a vet. If there was a closer day care with better rates, we would pull her out of Dogtopia but she loves it here and gets excited about going.
I am hopeful things will change and we won't have to pull her.
It is very difficult to park at this dogtopia due to the neighboring business. I would suggest calling the local authorities to enforce local parking restrictions as the body shop will double park on the street because of their overflow of cars.
I love how they treat my sweet Shaggy! They always love on him every time he comes in, and I really appreciate that they remember him and take such great care of him.
Dogtopia provides a safe, fun and caring atmosphere for our dog Boodles! Drop off and pick up is a breeze! Their team members are great. Also the webcam feature is terrific. Highly recommend their services!
The Old Bridge staff is always working hard to make sure your pup is happy and well cared for. They’re attentive, caring, and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. I always know my dog is in great hands at Dogtopia!

Dogtopia Yorktown is a place my dog loves to go! The staff are so friendly and really show they care about my dog like family.
Give my dog water, 3 bowls when she got home tells me she didn’t get much.
I love the quality of care, the friendliness of staff, and the security of being able to watch my pup while I’m at work. From day one you’ve treated my family with care and concern and I appreciate that. My dog comes home happy and I’ve already sensed the change in his demeanor after only two days.
