Dogtopia Bloomfield is a wonderful place! The staff is caring, nurturing and engaged. My dog cannot wait to get in the door when we pull up and she is lovingly greeted (she returns the favor). It’s reassuring to know that my dog is playing all day while I’m working. Her social skills are enhanced and her energy is directed. 5 stars!
Flexible and very friendly staff
The warm welcome of the staff. My dog loves going every time! They know faces/owners. Well kept and clean. All the fun activities planned for the pups!
All that really matters is that I can tell my dog loves going there. Its his favorite day of the week, and he comes home clearly tired and happy from a day full of exercise. The staff is very friendly and they seem to love having Patrick around.
I am very disappointed by my boarding experience at Dogtopia in Bethesda. You’re required to fill out paperwork that the staff does not pay attention to. I asked for the spa treatment which includes nails, ear cleaning and bath. I wrote on the paperwork for it to be completed on 1/17 because I knew I was picking my dog up on the morning of 1/18 and I did not want him to still be wet from a bath. I confirmed with the staff member that this was understood and ok for me to do. I showed up on the morning of 1/18 and the staff member tells me that they hadn’t gave Rocky a bath yet and that they were still working on his nails. I have no way of verifying whether they even cleaned his ears or did his nails at all because they still look long, but the staff still charged me for those items (minus the bath). Dogtopia already makes the drop off experience a hassle due to the paperwork that is required each time and then I see that the staff isn’t even paying attention to it.

Really like the cameras to see my dog during the day.
I enjoyed being able to check in on my dog at any time through the cameras. It was also nice to see that the events/activities they would do varied week to week.
My Australian Shepherds love going to Dogtopia. They always smell fresh after a day of play...and are calm when they come home. I am comfortable leaving them for a weekend when we travel. The staff greets us with enthusiasm when we arrive. All in all, a great place for our dogs.

I love the excitement my pup shows when we are enroute to Dogtopia. If we get stuck in traffic, he whines, looks out window wondering whey it is taking so long. As soon as we turn into the driveway, he is at full attention.
The activities they have keep my pup engaged with other pups and I feel comfortable knowing he is in good hands. Every single staff member greets his by name and he loves all of them. The spoil him (but I know they spoil all the dogs) but it makes me feel like he is the most special.
Dogtopia is very creative with the snacks and offer a variety of choices which my pup loves them all. Sometimes I get a little jealous that they come up with those special treats but I know it shows how much they care.
And, lastly, I love the photo taking on special occasions and I appreciate the time it takes to plan all of this. I can't say enough about Dogtopia and the best of all is I can do my work at home without worrying about my pup.
Love that my dog is safe and well cared for. Also really like that my experience as a customer is consistent and any time I’ve had questions or confusion someone is always able to help and explain things easily.

Dogtopia Clarksville rocks! Juniper is always taken well care of and comes home very sleepy after playing with all her friends.
