They are very professional and personable. They know my puppies very well and spoil them. They love going to Dogtopia.
Our dog was nipped on the ear by another dog (a weekly visitor), she was attended to and then put back in with the same dog the following day (after her ear healed over).
We requested video of the incident but were denied due to “privacy concerns”, took over a week to get an incident report, they insisted she was not attacked, she did not have good canine communication (face near another dogs face or something along those lines) she was corrected by the other dog. Without video to show what happened we cannot help her in the future.
Asked if the other dog was banned or required further evaluation, they were not, I do not feel comfortable with leaving our dog there again for the same dog to possibly do the same again. If this dog is a regular visitor, you would think the dog would be more seasoned in their handling of dogs from all walks of life/ levels of exposure to other dogs.
Seems like preference is for the regular clientele. In the future we’ll most likely board our dog at a regular kennel where this is less of a risk.
The staff is incredibly attentive, patient, and caring with the dogs. Communication is excellent, especially the thoughtful follow-ups throughout the day to make sure each dog’s specific needs are being met. Really appreciate the level of care and attention they provide!
The staff is awesome! Everyone is always so friendly and you can tell they really care about the dogs. It’s just a great environment and I always feel comfortable knowing the dogs are being well taken care of.
I like the interaction, the staff is great. The grooming department is great. The areas are always clean. I love that I can see my dog throughout the day with the webcam.
My dog loves coming to Dogtopia for daycare! He plays and enjoys time with the coaches.

The staff and everyone are amazing. My dog Hunter loves going there and they are soooo good to him. Highly recommend.
The team at Dogtopia is very warm, welcoming and accommodating. They take care of our pup without it feeling like she’s “just another dog” through the revolving door. The team takes special attention to our baby’s needs and particularities and it’s good to know she’s in good hands while she’s away.
You didn’t keep Michael and Ashley my dogs loved them and they knew them so well now the staff has no idea who my dogs are
EVERYTHING! The day care and grooming options are perfect.
Everything!! It’s become like a second home for Bailey. Everybody there treats Bailey like she’s their own dog and I feel like they’ve become a second family for her. The entire staff is knowledgeable, loving, and caring. Best choice I ever made. Thank you to all of you! Debbie and Bailey.
The people take such good care of my rocko taco and treat him as if he were their own. Ari is an amazing manager and is always in a great mood and her smile just lights up the room. So grateful for Kiki as well and a few others whose names escape me right now. But thank you!
For the puppy phase-atom I feel you guys have helped me so so much. I was really struggling with entertaining my puppy and also crate training him,
He’s done so much better in the short time he’s been going to dogtopia for already. Thank you!
Zander has a good time
The people who work at the North Brookhaven Dogtopia are fabulous. My dog loves them all, particularly Gabrielle the manager. Early opening of the center is great, especially for healthcare and shift workers who start early. My dog has been going there once a week for about 3 years and absolutely loves it. My only concern is that is is somewhat pricy even with a weekly subscription. There are also extra charges for treats and activities which raises the cost even higher.
The people working at Dogtopia are genuine and caring. They love taking care of my Zeus and it shows. The facility is clean and has an outside play area. Finally, there are special days with fun activities for the dogs.
Everything except that you r closed for pick up on Sundays.
Starting off a survey with an open comment question is a bold move. I almost closed it because that is annoying.
Everything that Bella was or was not involved in was great all-around service.

We love how the coaches love all of the dogs and how genuinely caring they are towards them. Our dogs love coming here, and on days when the temperatures are so hot in Houston, they can still get exercise in air conditioning!
Friendliness of the staff
We were visitng from DC out of town and needed a place for our Pups to hang out so we could explore pup free. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Provided the right level of detail to help us feel comfortable. We knew what to do, what to expect and felt a sense of trust and peace leaving our fur babies in their care.
Love the staff and my dog does too! When I pick him up he is excited to go home but when I drop him off he nearly as excited to be there.
Maggie looks forward to her morning play times at Dogtopia. All of her four-legged canine friends are attended to with guidance and care.
Staff is excellent
I don’t like that there is only 1 person in a room with all the pups. That 1 person is only cleaning after the dogs, and ignoring them as they hump or annoy other pups. There is no real play happening, they dogs just stand around. And I hate it that they go potty indoors, I feel like it teaches them bad behaviors that I don’t want my pup doing.
Want to make it better…
1. Have at least 2 persons in the room one cleaning and one playing with the pups, keeping them running, training, and off of each other.
2. Let each pup out for a short walk to get some fresh air and outdoor potty break.
3. Pay attention if a pup is humping others tell the owner that their pup cannot be doing that. No one wants their pup humped at doggy daycare
