Jackie (grooming/spa) is extraordinary. I travel 20+ miles to come to her at Dogtopia DG. She is beyond wonderful at taking care of my super senior pup… and has taken amazing care of him for well over a decade now!

The friendly staff
We are always happy to leave Knut at Dogtopia. The staff are professional and friendly. We have been going to Dogtopia on and off for 6 years now. They always make our fur baby feel welcome.
I like the friendly team. Brie is an awesome leader and does a great job coaching, and ensuring each dog is taken care of in a loving way.
Everyone is so kind and caring. My dog loves going to daycare/boarding and never wants to leave! I feel so comfortable when he is there because I know he is safe and happy there.
Nail trim
I consistently have a great experience at Dogtopia. My dog is well cared for and genuinely enjoys his time there. Special shout-out to the staff, and especially to Che, who is a great asset to the team. Highly recommend Dogtopia!

The team at Chester Springs is very professional and they care about the dogs they service.
Sometimes, especially in the morning, there is a strong unpleasant smell. Not so much noticeable in the afternoons.
My dog was recently diagnosed with Lymphangiectasia and is on high dose steroids so drinking a lot and then of course has to urinate a lot. I had to be in St. Louis for a work conference and started at 7am so I had her travel with me. I have had great experience with Dogtopia in the past when I lived in KC so ai called them in St. Louis. They were so helpful and kind with making reservations and assuring me that she would be fine. They listened to all of my concerns and they did all they could to make my dog comfortable!! Meant so much as we pet parents know. And when I picked her up I was thrilled when they shared she actually played and had a good time. I wasn’t sure if she would feel like it or not. And I love the web cams so you can check in on them.
I adore the webcam feature!! The staff are very organized, extremely pleasant, and professional to deal with. Easy drop-off and pick-up; the front desk answers the phone instead of sending to voicemail.
