Friendly staff. I love the drive up service which is quick and efficient. Having the nest cameras is a big plus for me as a pet parent. I love to check in on him as he plays with the other dogs.
The loving care and gentle treatment of all the dogs. Also the flexibility with scheduing day cares, and the variety of activities for the dogs. Shout out to Kary Ann, who is so great to work with. She listens to any concerns and takes care of any issues. You can really tell she loves all the dogs. I am really happy with Dogtopia Westminster and my dog loves to go there.

Lindsey did an amazing job grooming our mini goldendoodle, Duke. She made sure to communicate her plan and any areas of concern both before and after our appointment. This was Duke’s first grooming experience and we can’t wait to bring him back next time!

My dog is safe and active while there
Multiple times we've requested for nail trim services and we're assured it will be done, but on pickup that has not happened (but also not charged for it either). So, not that big of a deal but maybe just say that you guys won't do it? Happened multiple times, that's the only reason I'm bringing it up, otherwise, service is great and you guys are very friendly and treat all the fur friends nicely, having the camera is good to check-in on play time and events!

Feel very safe leaving my pet there for one day to overnight, extended stays.
Dogtopia is a lifesaver. I work remote and trying to entertain a 5 month old puppy is impossible. He would end up bored and restless. He loves coming to play with the other dogs (and people). Since joining he's much calmer at home and he sleeps through the night.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Clean and welcoming lobby, I don't feel worried after drop off.
The staff at the Tempe location are just the best. It is clear they care very much about the dogs in their care, and they greet each one by name. They're very communicative at pick up about what our dogs were up to during the day, and any observations or concerns.
I am especially appreciative of their flexibility with drop off and pick up times. It's very helpful for me as I am a teacher and coach, and my hours can get pretty crazy.
The only comment I have is why are small dogs charged the same as big dogs for boarding?

We arrived at 11:38am on Sunday, Nov.9, to pick up Paisley & Picasso. My husband immediately noticed a raw sore on top of Picasso's nose. When he asked what happened, we were told they didn't know but would send a text asking for someone to reach out to us with an explanation. On our way home, Paisley whimpered/cried all the way (about a 15 min ride). That was very unusual for her to do in the car. When we arrived home, she jumped out and peed for quite awhile. I thought THAT was unusual if she had gone potty less than 5 hours before the car ride home. I have no idea what happened that morning. That said, NOBODY ever reached out to us about Picasso's nose having a raw spot on it. There is only one thing that would make this any easier to accept and that would be some type of monetary reimbursement. Ya'll have missed the boat on the phone call & I am still shocked that it seems like Paisley never had the opportunity to even potty that morning. Beyond frustrated! Thank you for listening.

Very friendly, communicative, and efficient. Max loves going and the drop off/pick up process is a breeze.
I was a little nervous as this being my first time taking a pet of mine to day care but the staff was incredibly supportive and helpful and they have done amazing with my baby Radar. The staff had really worked with her to build her confidence and she has flourished there and has an amazing time spending her days there with the staff and her new doggie friends!
The coaches are very caring, friendly and extremely helpful!
Twitch is so excited to go to school. He can't wait to meet all his teachers in the morning and play with his buddies. He comes home exhausted and tail wagging and in a cuddle mood. I love being able to check in on him through out the day with the web cam and watch him run and play with the other dogs. And the little parties they throw for the dogs are awesome, Twitch loves the bubble parties.
