Charging a daycare and boarding charge is too much
Best thing about this place is that they have best staffs.

$102 for an overnight board was insanely expensive. Won’t do that again. Also the place is nice, employees are friendly but there aren’t enough dogs attending yet to make it fun for my dog- especially for the amount it costs. Higher price than other nearby daycare options.
The coaches know my dog and remember their quirks. Drop off times and pick up times are convenient. The folks I meet in the lobby are always so cheerful and happy to see us when we walk in. I also like that there is boarding with access to daycare and that there are grooming services available. I love that you can opt in for snacks and that there are craft and photo days as well.
We like everything about Dogtopia in Rocklin/Roseville and have been customers for several years.
The staff members are GREAT, the amenities are GREAT, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is without equal. Oh yes, and our Chocolate Labrador, Annie, loves her weekly Daycare visits and occasional overnight stays!
We wholeheartedly recommend Dogtopia.

It was incredibly informative. Our trainer was outstanding: also on time for the beginning of each of our six, weekly sessions. At the outset, he identified from what we told him - goals. And he added to those goals as well. When he explained that video was actually better than in home visits, I doubted that at the beginning. But then I came to be convinced that he was right: had he or another trainer come into our home, Buster, our puppy, would have been extraordinarily distracted by him, as he is with anyone else that comes to our house. The video, on the other hand, did, in fact, allow the trainer's full attention on us, as well as our full attention to him. I adhere to his philosophy: He, the trainer, was training us in order than we train our puppy. Excellent program and results. I would not have had it any other way. I also liked that when he was recommending something for us too purchase, he easily brought it up (from Amazon.com) on the screen for us to see. Further, I liked very much that the sessions were recorded, and that I had access to those recordings in order to readily find a particular subject when I needed to refer to it again.

It’s just such a different feeling tone than our other doggy daycare spots. We keep up our membership because I really appreciate having the late night option from time to time. But because you’re so corporate, you are perpetually understaffed. I watch on the camera all day and there’s way too many dogs for one person. It really stresses my pup out. She plays at the other doggy daycare spots, but at Dogtopia, she’s just in the corner. It’s way too chaotic for her. (and I really wish you had a small dog room. She’s so much happier when she’s with other dogs size.) And because it’s always understaffed, the one person in Park is so busy just trying to clean up and keep order, that nobody engages my pup in any play or cuddles like at our other spots. You’re 30% more expensive than other spots. And I would be totally happy paying the extra if I thought it meant she was receiving elite care. But that’s just not the case.

Love the detailed services and all the love y’all provide to my Coco. The cameras are a huge plus. She comes home ready to relax and always excited to return back to daycare. Thank you!
Would like to see another stair play equipment in toy box since the other 2 rooms have at least 2.

I like that everyone is friendly and takes the time to get to know people and animals names. I like that there is a webcam to watch the dogs. I appreciate the email communication when there is concern for a communicable disease in the daycare. Most of all in like that my dog loves going there and comes home tired but not wired!
The Support I received from the Staff and updated communications received during my vacation and my puppy Chance Christopher was in good hands.
My dog is always happy to go to Dogtopia and still happy when we pick him up. He has many other dogs to interact and play with, not sitting in a cage at a kennel all day.
Just started sending my dog here and she loves it! She making friends, both humans and dogs, and is pooped by the time I take her home. Staff is great, truely loves dogs and wants them to be happy.
It is so easy to schedule online and drop my dog off to happy people.

I am so grateful for the staff at Dogtopia. They really knew my dogs and their personalities. I am very attached to my dogs and it was so great to be able to board them in a place that I felt they were safely cared for. The web cameras brought me ease when I missed them. Also when I needed to be at work for long periods or I needed them to play while I was busy or the weather didn’t permit, Dogtopia was always there for them. The picture days and report cards were so cute too. Thank you so much for helping me and my fur babies.
The people are wonderful and clearly care about my dog. It shows in how excited he is every time we get there.
They are amazing they truly love my dog and she gets so excited to be there. They give notes and updates on bow your dog did all day and they cams to check in!
The staff at Dogtopia Edmond are wonderful. They obviously love animals and when I bring my dog in, she is almost as excited to see them as she is me when I come home.
I love how they care for DJ and DJ just let be going. I also like they do Wellness check on the pups.
They usually have activities at least twice a week.
I know some dog owners to not agree with dog day care but I think it’s has been the best for DJ in socializing with other dogs and would recommend to any dog parent
Everything, you guys are doing a great job
I am so happy with everything about Davis Dogtopia! The facility is clean, the staff is caring and professional. My dog was a little unsure about going there at first but quickly adjusted with encouragement from staff. I recently boarded him for a few days and that went very well. One of the best things is that there is a webcam that I can access from my phone.
