Ugly dog is very professional and loving towards my dog. They are on time and very flexible with picking up my dog at my house or dropping her off at the park. My dog is exposed to so many dog and has learned to walk well with other dogs.

Dogtopia has been a saving grace for me through the years. My little guy is always excited to stay over, and loves the staff and friends he meets there. I don’t know of any better place for the pup to play and socialize than here. 10/10
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Play area is clean and well maintained. Location for me is very convenient. My dog gets so excited when she gets to go, and she plays hard with several other sweet dogs.
It would be nice if you had an outside area (covered or not) for the dogs. I realize the staff do an excellent job cleaning up after the dogs, but the smell is almost unbearable. This may be due to the cleaning products. I brought both my dogs for a bath and they were very clean but they still smelled like the facility. Thanks for all you do!
The facility is always clean and my dog is safe and loved.
My dog is always so excited when we enter Dogtopia, so I know he is treated well and has fun. I like that he gets to safely play with other dogs and the staff are always so kind and accommodating.
The staff is always so friendly! Bebe just looks forward to her time at Dogtopia Plymouth- she gets so excited in the parking lot when she realizes where we are. So happy to know our Bebe is so loved and well taken care of while she’s staying with them.

Everyone is so friendly and kind - very sweet to the pups! Also, the reliability. Whenever we are in town, this is the place we know our dog will be safe and cared for.

I think maybe a little more information at "pick up." It seems as if it was rushed and they just wanted to get us out of there.
Awesome for my dog. They are able to trim her nails, brush teeth and shower.
Not convinced the dogs were bathed
