Very well organized program with competent caring staff. My dog loved it from the very first day.
Everyone is so friendly and caring about my dog. They know her likes and dislikes. I always feel confident that she is in good hands when she is there, whether she is in daycare or the occasional overnight.

I like that requires vaccinations for all the dogs, and that my dog loves to go. I also love the webcam and occasional pictures that I receive of my dog participating in special events.
My pups and I "heart" Dogtopia of Birmingham. They are always eager to go inside once I pull into the parking lot and leave exhausted from a visit of FUN! My pups have been clients for the past 3 years and my guys love it there! I trust the team and their commitment to providing excellent care to my pups and all pups.

I like that members are able to easily attend different locations.
My puppy was raised at Dogtopia. He does not like water & had been beyond difficult to try a bath. Dogtopia I. Shelton bathed him & cut his nails, short;)

The staff is friendly and professional. It is obvious that they care for my dog and are concerned for his safety and happiness while he is there. During the difficult puppy stage, they are able to help me guide my dog, help identify and correct behavioral issues which make him a happier and more social boy.
The staff at the Southlake location is incredible. They are always very attentive and nice. I know things can get stressful with a lot of dogs around, but they are very professional and I’ve never had a problem with any of the managers or people that work there. I highly recommend the Southlake location.

Kola is always happy and excited to visit his buddies at DogTopia. I truly believe the staff treats him like he's their own - which is very comforting when I need to board Kola.
The entire staff are Dig Friendly and great with all breeds. I have been a customer for awhile now and they are consistently great!!

The staff are so friendly, there’s a lot to offer in regard to enrichment, you can watch your dog through webcams, the safety aspect (I never have to worry about my dog getting out), etc.
I prefer buying a package of days that I can use whenever is best for me instead of having to buy a plan that limits me to a certain number of days per week, and if I don't use those days then they are lost. Also, I wish the spaces for the dogs were larger..sometimes there are so many dogs in the area at the same time that it seems too crowded when I watch on the camera.

The staff are amazing! They are always friendly and take great care of our puppy!
Pricing is unjustified and very high: treats and food are not included, neither are extracurricular activities.
The dogs are kept indoors all day; they are stuck in one room with few toys or props to play with.
The staff does not communicate clearly sometimes and can act a bit aggressive. They don't check the application and still request for pet parents to use the application to schedule their pet's drop offs.
I am not sure if I am really satisfied or not at this point.
You are all so kind to our dog, (and us)! You make us feel so comfortable leaving her with you and know she is getting a ton of attention and care. I love the occasional text message to ask if you can offer her a treat because you just can’t help it. We know, she is THAT cute! Thanks for being a part of the family. She always looks forward to coming and playing with her friends.
