All of the employees are helpful and seem to genuinely enjoy working there. They all put the dogs first which to me, means they are compassionate and knowledgeable about dogs.
Facility, staff.
We were disappointed with how rarely the webcams were on. We wanted to check on Athena and watch her play! Otherwise, everything was great!
Everyone is very friendly and my dog is so excited to go to daycare :-) he whimpers if it takes too long to get him back to play with friends!

Dogtopia offers a wide variety of services and weekly planned activities for the fury friends. Dogtopia is so much more than daycare and boarding. Its wonderful experience for your pet. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. That makes you even more comfortable with leaving.

I picked up my 10-year-old toy dog after a week at Dogtopia, and the difference is incredible. He looks amazing—more energy, more alert, and more engaged than before. On our walk, he had a real spring in his step and was focused and eager, even showing better behavior around strangers.
The professional, supervised play with dogs his own size clearly made a huge impact. I never second-guess taking him to Dogtopia. The results speak for themselves.

I was very happy with the services from Franklin Village Dogtopia. My dog was well taken care of . My only concern was that she had bloody diarrhea the day she came home. It could have been from some anxiety or barking a lot. I'm not sure, She was fine by the second day home.

The people are great and always super friendly to me and I love how they interact with my dog. I can honestly say it's his favorite place in the world to go, he has so much fun. I also appreciate the enrichment activities they do and have a shelf dedicated to Finn's artwork from daycare.
