My puppy comes back soooo tired! I absolutely love it!
Everything! Scheduling is easy and the staff is wonderful. Our dogs love it there and are always exhausted from playing there with their friends.
Clean facility with great helpful staff. I know my dog is well taken care of
From customer service, to treatment of pups while at day care, to checking out. All around awesome establishment that allowed me to feel comfortable about the care of my pups.
Wonderful is the word I can say.
They don’t just put the dogs in a crate and forget about them. They play, keep them active, they have activities for them.
I love the fact they do meet and greets, clean very well every day. I like the fact that if another dog is sick or have any issues they are not permitted to stay, that keeps all the dogs from coming down with illness .
I also like the fact that the smaller dogs are separate from the bigger ones .
My dog loves it so much that he actually is “ depressed” and well as tired for a couple days. I believe it’s because he misses it and he is so active which we can’t do as much at home due to our work schedules. My only regret is we can only bring him when we go on vacation. If we lived closer or I worked close to Dogtopia, I would bring him every day.
But another reason we think so highly of the place is they truly love your dog and show them love when you aren’t there . Thank you Greensburg PA Dogtopia

The inability to charge an on-file credit card extended the process of checking-out and made it less smooth for me and the others before me. Some of the staff appeared disheveled and overworked, which I have not seen before. The video feed continues to be glitchy and freezing constantly, and I depend on it to make sure my dog/s are being cared-for and are having a good time.
The communication from the staff on how Roxie was doing. When she was struggling & what they were doing to comfort her.
We absolutely love Dogtopia! ! Ruby Ray has always been treated like a princess and she waits at the door for one of the staff members to come and get her. Our new baby Wren “Wrenny”, is an addition to the playgroups now, and he is thrilled! Everyone there is so friendly and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

Excellent with my babies.
Very caring professional staff. Very good with my dog's shyness.
The facility is clean, well organized, and knowledgeable. Dogs are treated with kindness. While there were numerous dogs on site, staff appeared well acquainted with each dog, their owner, and personalities of dogs. Dogs are well supervised and were observed to play well together. The webcam is an entertaining plus.
The staff seems to really care about the dogs.
Personal attention to dogs. Great reservation system. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
First impression was bad. Smelled really awful in the building. Secondly brought my dog in for a spa treatment(bath and brush). When i picked him up he he was still wet and looked like he wasn't brushed. I had to brush him myself it was so bad.
You guys have a great environment and energy for our dog

Dogtopia takes very good care of my dog
I think of Oakley as part of my family and want the best for him. The staff at Dogtopia feels the same. They all treat him with love and kindness as if he were their own. My job requires me to work out of town and when need be, I know I can make arrangements to have Oakley stay overnight or up to a few if needed and he will be safe and cared for as if he were home. I truly believe he has remained the happy go lucky dog that he is by having Dogtopia in his routine. We couldn’t do it without the team at Fishers Dogtopia
Great place for our pup to stay when we are away. I would say is little pricier than other places and availability seems limited but it is wonderful so that’s not a surprise 😘
I like that everyone is very friendly and knows my dog by name when ever I bring her ! I like that my dog seems really happy / excited when I bring her to dogtopia ! It has been a very positive experience for both of us !
Friendly, caring people make you feel comfortable leaving your dog with them.
Consider switching to a floor cleaner that neutralizes pet odors. Relying on air freshener can be less effective and can also cause issues with people who may be sensitive to strong fragrances.
Friendly staff and great care every time
Spa clipped my dog nail very bad. She bleed for most of the weekend. No one mentioned the issue when I picked her up. After seeing blood all over the car seat I took her back into Dogtopia. The guy put some kind of glue on her toe but it did not work. I’ve been cleaning carpet all weekend.
