I appreciated that I could get my RV in for service relatively quickly and with a reasonable turn around time for getting it back. My only disappointment was that communication regarding the status of the repairs was lacking.

With Catherine helping me all of the issues were addressed and are still being addressed in a professional and timely manner. Catherine was kind enough to even give me a follow up call just to let me know where our RV stood in the midst of the repairs this is called Customer Service. This is called communication. This is where one dealership shines above another! Communication follow up results.

I had a bad experience with a rookie advisor, but Maddie called and apologized for the situation and said that she would refund me the amount I paid for the service. I was not waiting for that to happen but that shows how management appreciates their customers and wants to make sure that they are happy.
