The service center did a great job when I arrived. I like the fact they did a full inspection of the outside and underneath. I was kept up to date with everything that was going on and my problem was fixed and I was on my way in a timely fashion.

Our salesman, Jorge Nunez delivered everything he promised on the phone. There were no surprises with the camper. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We never were left wondering what was happening behind the scenes.

They checked the motorhome and fixed what I needed done and they did a great job.

Excellent customer service from the first phone call to set-up our appointment to the minute we left. Every department was very professional. We had a hitch installed and the capture plate was a hair to small. They overnighted the correct plate. We’ve been to three General RV locations and very happy with all three locations.
