Also, they new when to accept no as the answer keeping the entire process comfortable and low pressure.
Now that we are a few weeks into our camping/RV living experience we can acknowledge their assistance was very helpful to our success!

General RV wixom parts department failed to supply me with a grand design replacement part. I visited the wixom parts department in person twice, was promised return phone calls after your agent followed up and after 3 additional weeks for a total of 5 weeks. It was i that identified the part by manufacturer part number and wixom still failed. With 1 phone call, Mt Clements parts Melinda immediately ordered my part and delivered. I purchased my grand design travel trailer from wixom but have also discovered that Mt Clements service Lori was exceptional in supporting my needs.

We are amazed by the kind, friendly and professionalism that the ENTIRE company practices. More specifically, our salesman Chris, Sales Manager Matt Marlett, John (trainer) and Jami. They all treated us like a king and queen. Honorable mention to Paul (bodyshop manager) and Kyle the tech also provided amazing service.
And finally, Sof… a true company man who care about his customers. Sof worked hard on our deal. I actually asked him kindly to stop emailing me at 8pm while he was home with his family. All amazing people. Where the heck was General RV 3 years ago when we received absolutely garbage service at LaMesa RV in Sanford.

Sales person, greetings every time I entered. The grand treatment when I arrived for delivery, service through delivery. The only thing bad was the time it took to sign the papers( cash deal) I like how no one pushed “extras” on me. But once I signed, they dropped the ball on the exit. Still, I have already recommended and complemented the whole team!!

Sales experience at Hershey show was smooth. The drop off of my trade in and pick up of my new unit was great.

The service advisor was great about keeping us informed. And everyone there is very friendly.

An excellent experience during the walk through of our new coach. The attention to detail is great. All the people we met on site were very knowledgeable and helpful. I think it could be best described as a family atmosphere.

Very much doing their best to earn your business once they realize what u want they show you what options on the lot. In my case they located a vehicle in Va & transported it down her for us to purchase.

Very friendly staff. Got our rv in quickly and work completed quickly after parts arrived. It was nice to have the bay for them to bring the camper to us and enable us to plug their 50amp cord in to power our leveling controls.

Very responsive to repairing my travel travel trailer. Travis kept me informed throughout the entire process. Even charged up my dead trailer battery and helped me hook up my trailer as I left the dealership.

After 11/2 yrs we hopefully have our motorhome fixed. It took 3 General RV locations to get it done.I want to thank Chris Dietrich Jason Quillen Dave Carlyle and Chuck Smith for their part in having all the work that the Ocala Fla location screwed up redone.A special thanks to John Gasdag who as far as I can tell did a great job along with the techs in the body shop. We are looking forward to our trip to Fla this year and will be able to tell if anything how it half’s together.

Our Alliance Avenue Series 23ML has an Outdoor Grill Griddle Combination under the outside Refrigerator. To use the Grill, you must extend the Grill out beyond the trailer, so the exterior is not exposed to heat from the flame. When we brought the trailer in in the Spring of 2025, the propane quick connect was facing the framework, so the propane hose could not be connected. In fixing the hose position, the mounting screw heads were broken off 4 of the six screws mounted into the bottom of the opening. When the Grill / Griddle combination was extended, the whole unit, including the refrigerator, could flip out of the compartment. So, for most of the 2025 Camping Season, the grill griddle combination could not be used. Nate (our Service Tech.), told us the mounting bracket did not have enough mounting screws and those installed were too short. We also had the speaker system fixed (it was not working) and some other minor corrections done. Everything seems to be working fine and we are ready for 2026!
