Heather our Service Advisor was excellent. She kept us advertised the entire time.
She worked with our insurance company, so we didn't have to relay messages.

John, our repair man did an excellent job fabricating the rear of our motorhome. Paint match is as perfect as it gets. Kudos!

What did you like about your experience with General RV?

Everybody was nice that I spoke to, and they took care of me and gave me a heck of a good deal on a camper, did I think I wasn't going to be able to get, but everything worked out fine? They were awesome people. Yes, I will always recommend the general R. V.

I love going to the Brownstown location. I don’t go to Wixom anymore cause it’s too crazy. The staff takes care of me in Brownstown every time. Chad is great and he deserves a raise so next time I go there, I will expect him to say lunch is on me. Ha ha.
