Very friendly, very helpful very knowledgeable. Treated us with respect, even though we didn’t purchase the RV there. Had a major roof issue and they took care of it. If only Grand design had not dragged their feet the RV would’ve been out of there two weeks sooner. The service manager, Anthony was extremely helpful!

They got us ready to go about 5pm,and since it was too late to make our destination they let us camp in the breeze way.
They recommended a great place for dinner. In the morning they even took our 45’ American dream over and dumped it

They done the service on my 2018 King Air previously ( Idependance) for 8 years , very good service adviser ( Tom) & service Technician ( Don) very honestly first time I bought a New Newmar was in 2003 in 22 years I travelled North America 200,000 miles they have the best service it what is important when you choose a Dealer for you first or the next one. they are 5 star

The service department in Huntley found the leaking issues we had when General RV looked at in Ocala, Florida and found nothing. We appreciate that Huntley found the roof was installed wrong and got it covered by warranty.

The service center did a great job when I arrived. I like the fact they did a full inspection of the outside and underneath. I was kept up to date with everything that was going on and my problem was fixed and I was on my way in a timely fashion.
