Everyone was great. We were expecting the whole trade-in process to take a long time. But we turned in the old camper, got the tour of the new camper, got through the whole financial/signing process, and were on our way in just over a couple of hours. We had a couple of interior decor issues in the new camper, but everyone worked it out to our satisfaction. Heather was great. We've told you guys before but I'll say it again, Kary was the best. Tim was very helpful and remained available through the whole appointment. The tech who put the new hitch on and walked me through all that was great - I'm sorry I don't remember who it was but he deserves kudos. Very happy!!!
Matt Garwood is an amazing asset to the service department. He has a can do attitude and always listens to the customer. He also keeps us in the loop while our service is being completed. We have always been 100% happy with our service appointments at General RV!

The compound is beautifully huge, easy to maneuver in and out with large trailer. The overall location appeared very clean, professional and employees seemed to enjoy their jobs.

The whole experience was actually pretty amazing. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the units I was looking at and also listened to what I was looking for. And then he over delivered! Everyone that I met and talked to at the is location were extremely friendly and helpful!

Nice orientation on the RV before purchase.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. They worked with me on my concerns of the fit for my SxS in the toy hauler, even taking time to personally measure it and sending me pictures of their measurements. They had everything ready knowing we came from out of town and had to travel home that day. They thoroughly walked us through the trailer showing how it all worked.

Easy to work with, honest, professional, not high pressure sales, and could explain all my questions with good answers. They took me on time, I was on the road and had an issue, they were waiting for my arrival. I go to General in numerous states.
The sales staff, especially Charlie, is friendly and helpful. I had a good experience with chad on a recent service call. He went above and beyond. I use General Rv Brownstown for all my RV needs.
Chad Fuss has helped me on two separate occasions dealing with service and warranty issues. My experience with him was great both times.
The appointment was set up through Service Tech Matt Garwood. He reviewed all of the items on my list and then through the arrival visible quality inspection discovered two more issues.
Matt review the extent of the work and said that they would need to keep the unit over night, that was a Friday night. On Monday Matt contacted me that the work was complete and set up a time on Tuesday morning for pick up.
At pick up we went through the entire list and found all issues complete to my satisfaction. The experience was great and raise my level of confidence in General RV Clarkston MI.
