We ordered and picked up our new coach and can’t thank everyone enough. We wish we could remember everyone’s names to give them all a personal shout out. What a great team! From Todd at Entegra, to Bob our sales representative, Bill who expertly did our walkthrough, the ladies at the front desk and all the service techs and managers who treated us like we were their only customers the 2 days we were there moving into our new bus. The few minor issues we had were taken care of promptly and with a smile. Everyone took pride in helping with a positive attitude from techs to managers. Even when a particular issue had a bit of a challenge, they made the process painless. A fantastic experience with the great team at Wixom, you are all amazing, thank you, thank you!! ♥️

I have always gotten excellent service from the folks at General RV. My latest experience with Justin was equally as good. I have a Camping World that is closer to my house where I have taken my RV in the past, but I find it is well worth the extra drive to go to General RV for the service I get.
