Tennille did a great walk thru on the Grand Design, she was very patient with all of my questions, she gave great pointers too. Anita and Kevin provided great directions and were also very helpful. Michelle Adams along with Tennille, jumped in right away and helped make things right when there were a concern. Michelle even brought out some appetizers while I waited for the slide out awning, roof vent covers, TPMS tire pressure monitoring system, and rear and side view cameras installed on the awesome Grand Design 2600. Jon Williams got the financing done quickly and called up the insurance company to get the insurance coverage settled, great job. Chris Cole came by to say hello, and we talked about the weight distribution system. Michelle even gave me a credit on my account for an issue that extended my visit a little bit, Thank you Michelle

Very helpful, manager went above and beyond to help, went out of his way to fix a warranty problem that Winnebago wanted to REJECT ! Thanks! The aisle guy took his time to answer our random questions, since we are new to camping. Kayla listed our concerns and kept us informed.

Service personnel had my part the next day, and stayed in touch to let me know when it arrived. And they made sure it was the right part. Very caring. That I appreciate.

Great work and staff.

Our sales representative Gus, was very patient with us. He listened to our needs and wants and showed us units that fell within our limitations. If he didn't know something right away, he got us the answer. We also had a good walkthrough with Jarrell. He showed us exactly how things worked within the unit. He also made sure any problems we noticed with the unit were addressed.

Everyone was willing to help you! They bend over backwards to give you what you want! Extremely efficient and very friendly!

The service we received after finding out we had problems with the salesperson

My 5th wheel needed repair on its frame. The work was expertly done. My sincere thanks to the (master?) technician that ensured the safety of my family.

The gentleman that did our walk through seemed was great. He already found things that needed to be addressed prior to our arrival. Which ment that he actually looked through it and didn't just skim through to move on to the next. Didn't feel like just a number.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly from sales, Robin, Terry doing our walk through.and Deb greeting us, Audrey in parts helped us with measurements and costs of extra add ons. Also the manager with signing paperwork was very helpful explaining everything.

The people were friendly and willing to work with you. No pressure and not pushy. Friendly. And I would like to add that general rv has a reputation for being aggressive, pushy and dishonest. The rumors had me a bit uneasy and on edge to even go in and try to make a deal. But they had the exact camper I was looking for so I tried. And very glad I did. The rumors are just that, Rumors. People were very nice.
