Department is excellent also. Customer service while picking up your RV after a repair or something added to your RV should be improved. Someone should show you the repair or addition to the RV and how it works exactly.
Lori has always done an excellent job with my service appointments.
We have been there several times. I have never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. We have unusual circumstances and Art is great to let me look and think as I work through what vehicle is best for our family.
In the parts department, Paul and Kathy each took the time to research and recommend a solution to my RV problems and did so several times. In the service department, Christopher went above and beyond searching through 11 years of my maintenance records which helped me tremendously as I’m preparing to put my RV on the market. We are ending 20 years of camping through 48 states.
