Everything went smoothly Taylor was our service rep, and keep in contact with us daily and consistently on the statis of parts, and working with manufacturer. So the experience was superior and we got our trailer back the day we were leaving for camping, so we picked it up then drive right to the campground! Very satisfied customer. How customer service should be in my book!

Friendly atmosphere

The staff was super helpful and gave us a great price! They had the part we needed in stock and gave us advice on installing ourselves. We will definitely be going back for any needs!

Everyone is so nice and accommodating and folks are always open to chip in and help each other. It doesn’t seem like one of those companies where no one knows what’s going on, seems like everyone is in the loop to support their customers. I work in sales and customer service and I appreciate being treated well and with respect.

The whole staff at General RV from Sales, to Finance, Delivery to Service, and all very important departments in between, have made this a wonderful experience. We will be returning in the future.

They over night the parts and had us back on the road the next day. I have never had a better experience with a company on warranty work ever. Our bedroom slide quit working and they replaced the motor on the right side of the slide and had us back on the road the next day.
