I’m afraid I will leave someone out but Jenn, and Dale have been helpful, too, as well as seeing and talking with Maddie again (who helped us repair our other camper). My salesman (Rick) was phenomenal. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, once I told him what I was looking for, he showed me campers that fit my needs and wants. Finance (Solomon) was remarkable, searching to find me the best financing, and was thorough with explaining warranties, etc. The young lady (Sierra) that did my demo of the rv, was knowledgeable and very helpful, this being my first camper. All of the staff from sales to finance, parts the shop techs and managers were very friendly greatly added to the experience of buying my first rv. Two thumbs up.

I really liked how everybody seemed to be very happy to work for General RV and give us service with a smile. They helped each other in the delivery process and all seem to be on the same page.. the salesman was a very good guy and I feel answered everything honestly and correctl. if he didn't know the answer he went and got it right away. There wasn't pressure to buy, and they were good to work with when it came time to negotiate with us for the purchase.

It was one of the best experiences we have had thanks to everyone who helped us. Robert our seller, Sebastian our financier and Robert the one who made the delivery for us. They were too helpful in all the questions. I recommend this experience 100%.

We were passing through and had a slide out issue. They not only got me in the same day. They had me out within a couple hours kept me informed friendly staff nice facility. If you have an issue, I would recommend General RV. I’ve been to three and they’ve all been off the chart fantastic
