I want to start off with thanking general rv for reaching out to us in regards to our warranty expiring, with that being said Lori was the one who assisted us. She is so friendly and her communication is the best. It was so easy to get in and out in regards to our warranty. Want to also give a shout out to the two gentleman working the parts section, bought some items on my way out and they were just so down to earth. Will 100% recommend general rv in mount Clemens!

We where taken care over very well. The service department did everything that I asked of them to do. Know it on the next step to get with Wixom General RV. Which is where I bought the extended warranty from, cornerstone.
