The sales team including finance worked with me to get the RV that I wanted. The parts team helped me get that stuff that I needed at that time and the service department did an amazing job at giving me a thorough walkthrough of camper while installing a hitch that I purchased separately due to them not having the one I want them in stock. All in all it was a pleasant experience And if I'm ever due for an upgrade this is where I'm coming to get that upgrade.

Extremely professional service and Heather L in service was unbelievable in her knowledge and accessibility. She returned all calls promptly and couldn’t have been any friendlier. I couldn’t believe how fast they serviced our Rv and it wasn’t even a brand they sold in Ohio . They were actually way more helpful than the dealer we purchased the unit from ( and this was a very high end class superC ) We are now customers free life. Thank you General RV andHeather

The process was easy, and they even let me tow the camper before buying. We camped out in their lot over night and they re- winterized the RV before we headed home in the morning. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, kind.
