Nikki as always was awesome. We brought our coach in because someone broke our side window. After I brought it in and dropped it off, Nikki realized that our driver slide out wasn’t aligned. My service consultant kept me up to date on the process of my repairs and let me know the time lines we were working with. My coach was actually finished ahead of schedule even though the part was not in stock and there was a need to retrieve it from a different location. There a cook out for lunch with burgers, sausages, and other items. Very tasty!

The price was a surprise !! Went to some competitors first and for a similar sized unit - General RV was almost $10k less in comparison … Plus our sales person Rico was very pleasant and greeted us as we were arriving .. One competitor never even came out to help while we were there for 30 minutes…

Megan and shop foreman George did all they could working with Thor on our warranty repair. We were on a trip from Houston Tx when our hitch failed.

All the staff was helpful throughout the buying of my travel trailer . They had a lot to pick from for what I wanted in a trailer . After the sale I went back to get a sway bar kit for my new trailer and they gave me advice on a unit and set up an appointment to have it installed and with in 4 days had me ready to camp.
Dan Smiley was very good is scheduling our awning replacement and was able to work it in around my schedule as well as their service department.

Everybody is friendly and helpful on our last two purchases. Whether it was the trade-in or the new purchase current purchase, I’m happy with just was there was a couple more options I wanna known about but since it was at a different location, I didn’t notice. yes I would recommend to anybody. My son-in-law is currently trying to work out a deal with you. Hopefully, we get a gift card so we can all go out to dinner if he makes a purchase.
