Everyone in the store is friendly and knowledgeable. When asked a question that they don’t know the answer to, they say “I’ll look into that and get back to you” and they do just that. I always feel good when I leave their shop, knowing the work they performed on my bike was done properly and I never feel like I was over charged.
I think Isaiah is a great manager and roll model for the team he has put together to represent Trek. I would highly recommend University Place Trek to anybody who needs their bike repaired or is looking for a new bike.

Oliver and the team at trek San Diego went beyond the call of duty for me. I flew from Florida to race the Ironman 70.3 La Quinta. My bike did not did not fair well on the flight and I needed an aero bar pad set. I called trek in a panic. They had the piece in stock and FedExed over night to me. If you are looking for amazing bikes and superior customer service please give the a visit.
I love the dependability and quality of Trek bikes. The staff at the EDH Trek location was fantastic! Mike is an asset. He assisted me in finding a perfect bike for my needs. He informed me about the “trade up” program, which is another reason my family and I will always choose to ride Trek and I will always use EDH Trek as my home store because of their kindness and knowledge.

The best bike shop in all of Oregon and Washington
Here's the 3 biggest things I liked:
1. They had free reign to decide what to fix, and what was OK, and they just did so. No big surprises, but also nothing left out.
2. They did it faster than anticipated. I was OK with it taking several weeks (order parts, etc), but it was done in a few days.
3. They applied a discount I didn't know existed, and would never have known about.
All in all, the feeling I got is they treated my bikes like they would have their own. You can't beat that!
Besides absolutely solid and state of the art Trek bikes, the service at Trek Kearny Mesa is outstanding.
Axel is absolutely the best representative and technician I have had the pleasure to interact with in over 15 years of my road cycling addiction.

I dropped by to pick up some lights for my bike so I didn’t spend much time in the store, but I did notice that there’s a very nice selection of bikes, apparel and cycling accessories. I will definitely return so I can spend more time there.
I also thought all the associates I spoke with were very knowledgeable about the bikes and cycling accessories we did talked about and they were all nice people to interact with.
