I have been riding a Trek bicycle for 30+ years and have enjoyed every ride. The Trek store in Alamo/Dublin has been servicing my bike during this entire time. When I ride 4-5 days a week it is difficult to get the bike into the shop for service. The part I like best is when it is serviced it is done right the 1st time. Also, when I have a small job they can generally get my bike back on the rode immediately. I would recommend this shop highly.
From beginning to end, we had a really great experience when we went to Trek Bicycle Pasadena! Sean was so helpful in explaining the various bikes that were a good fit for my son. We got to try the bikes and picked one that he liked, felt comfortable with and could use for a long time. We purchased accessories to go with the bike and left the store super happy! The only challenge now is getting our son away from the bike because all he wants to do is ride his new Trek bike! Thank you, Sean and Trek Bicycle Pasadena!
The employees are extremely helpful, kind and seemingly happy. Trek is generally a great brand but they don't have everything I might want. When they don't they say so and sometimes make recommendations for other locations to match my quest.

I have a first gen electric bike. The bike was having charging problems. Verne solved my problem on the first try. Service department is "top shelf". I will only go to them if I have any bike problems.
