It's a pleasure to do business with Trek Palm Springs, CA because of the Team who work there! They each represent Trek in the best way. The service is outstanding, excellent each time I come in. The products are well made and reasonably priced. I go see them whenever my bicycle tires go flat, which is often because of the "goat heads", here in the desert! Recently, I have recommended Trek PS to Jade (who works at Trader Joe's) and Louis (who works at Dollar Tree) because while I was shopping at those stores, they saw me wearing my bike helmet and asked about a good local bike shop to take their bikes to. I'm so surprised that the cadence sensor I our purchased there is almost $30 cheaper from sports basement.
Even though I think they forgot about my bike, the shop more than made up for it by only charging me the cost of the part while they picked up the labor.

The people at the Trek store in Alamo were very patient in taking the time to open the package of a new bike electric air pump to show me how to use it with it’s various attachments and which buttons to push and for how long.
It was a relief to get such support in learning to use a new high-tech tool without spending long hours in trial and error in practice.
Without the in store prep, I would be trying to interpret the sketchy drawings in the typical user manual written in 6 different languages. 🤔
