I love trek products. I bought my first Trek in 2006 and just recently this last March I purchased a new verve too, and I really really like it. The service is bar none the best I think in the valley. Dennis is really really a great guy and does whatever he can to help you if you have a problem or just have a question Danielle, who works in the back fixing bikes as again one of those guys that will help you as much as you can with your questions and with any servicing, you might need. I’m sorry to say there’s a few young ladies that worked there. They are so nice. It’s unbelievable and I’m sorry I don’t know their name but trust me. This store is the best when it comes to Trek and what other other bike you might want or need. So a big shout out to Palm Desert, Trek store. Mark Scott. Cathedral City

Brought a flat tire in to be fixed. Staff were excellent. Dropped the tire off at noon and it was ready to be picked up by 4:00 pm. Very happy with the service and results.

The Salesman John Taylor went above and beyond thoughtfulness and being of service! I am 75 Years Old and have not truly done any real biking for years. There are so many innovations that have occurred since my Bike Days. Mr Taylor was thoughtful, professional, helpful, well informed, patient and took the time with ease to get me up to date with Bike Tech and sell me the bike that can make my Biking rewarding and enjoyable. There are tons of bike trails and a lot of individual and City Leadership enthusiasm for biking. Taylor deserves a raise!!!

The Trek team is consistently helpful and resourceful for me & my husband. Working alongside the Trek team at the store, we ordered the frame all high end parts to build a hardtail from Trek. With Store Manager Kelsey's careful attention to detail and asking all the right questions during the ordering process, the order and build was flawless! He is so personable and easy to work with too! I LOVE my TREK bikes!
