Great customer service and mechanical skills. Jerry and Chelsea were very prompt, friendly, and skilled in working on my bicycle yesterday.
I brought a bicycle in to be cleaned up and oiled and gotten ready to be used again. The people were very helpful, especially Benjamin and he was even able to deliver it back to my home because I could not come to pick it up in a timely manner. If I’m ever looking for help again, I will be sure to go there.

Leo went so far above and beyond—spotting me stranded on the road, loading my broken mountain bike onto his own car, opening the shop hours early on his day off, and fixing me up with a cold drink and a smile—that it felt like an angel showed up. Josh was equally awesome and welcoming about the whole unplanned rescue mission. Hands-down the kindest, most genuine bike shop experience I’ve ever had. You’ve got incredible humans working there.
