Trek is a premium brand. We wanted 2 eBikes and were surprised that what we wanted was a Trek brand. Jenanna did an outstanding job of sharing the different bikes that matched our needs. Professional, friendly and kind. Joseph and First name removed kept us advised on the progress of our inbound bikes and made sure we had the accessories we wanted professionally installed. It was a great experience and if more people understood that Trek also offers lower cost options I'd imagine you would blow the low cost importers or internet only sellers away.
Again, your team was outstanding .... Similar to a Mercedes buying experience and not a Yugo (if you are old enough to remember them :) )

Lovely team with thorough service! As a store, you hold way too much stock, the space is too big. You're not going to be a neighborhood bike shop stocking exclusively Trek, so either cater to a performance racing market, or go super beginner with only step-thrus
