Leo went so far above and beyond—spotting me stranded on the road, loading my broken mountain bike onto his own car, opening the shop hours early on his day off, and fixing me up with a cold drink and a smile—that it felt like an angel showed up. Josh was equally awesome and welcoming about the whole unplanned rescue mission. Hands-down the kindest, most genuine bike shop experience I’ve ever had. You’ve got incredible humans working there.

I like Trek bicycles: the way they handle, the performance, and the features. I have bought over six Trek bikes, and when a new one is needed, I will buy another Trek bike.

I bought the Dual Sport as my 1st adult bike a few years ago. It's perfect for on and off road rides. I love the accessories like the air pump and the bike stands. Bike service is also top notch. They have repaired a flat tire on the spot for me at a very affordable price. The mechanic also took the time to show me how to repair a flat tire. I have been bringing my bikes for Level 2 service for 2 years. I always try to take advantage of the wonderful sales they have before Christmas. I love my local Trek shop.
