The employees are extremely helpful, kind and seemingly happy. Trek is generally a great brand but they don't have everything I might want. When they don't they say so and sometimes make recommendations for other locations to match my quest.

The best service I have ever received was because of Chelsea. I had previously had my bike in for its yearly maintenance in August (pre-Chelsea). I had some issues with my bike and decided to take it in to see if they could see what was happening. Chelsea did a complete look over and determined that my last maintenance didn't seem correct. I left in the shop for servicing. I picked up my bike, and it rides like new, no noises, easy shifting etc. etc. I am so happy.
By the way, my friend and riding partner had taken her bike in for servicing too, and she mentioned how Chelsea gave her bike a complete look over also. It wasn't the old way with the guys saying, ok leave it here and we will see. Then, just the other day, same friend had an issue with shifting, she took it in, and Chelsea was able to fix it quickly. WOW! Both of us are thrilled that there is someone at Trek North County that is awesome. Chelsea is the right person for the job and deserves a raise. We will continue to refer our bike riding friends to Trek North County because of Chelsea. Thanks for sending her to this store.

The staff at the Beaverton Trek is amazing! Over the last few months they helped me pick out a bike by explaining the differences over their different offerings. Then, the day after I bought new bike when a kid on a mountain bike jumped into traffic 2 miles into my first ride on my brand new bike they helped me figure out my next steps on fixing it/replacing it. They were very patient with me as this process took months of me fighting with insurance and going through physical therapy! Can't recommend them enough and I will be going back for my future inevitable bike upgrades!
Quick fixes & kindness
We bought a Trek Precaliber 12 for our grandson in Henderson, NV, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I called my local bike shop in Tuscaloosa, and Dillon took care of everything seamlessly. The Trek store in Henderson then reached out to my wife to handle payment, and pickup was scheduled with no hassle at all.
My daughter and son-in-law picked up the bike on Friday, and it was fully assembled and ready to go. Damien even picked out a helmet, and now he’s all set to ride on Christmas Day!
Big thanks to the Trek family for making this such an easy and joyful experience. Great service across the board!

From beginning to end, we had a really great experience when we went to Trek Bicycle Pasadena! Sean was so helpful in explaining the various bikes that were a good fit for my son. We got to try the bikes and picked one that he liked, felt comfortable with and could use for a long time. We purchased accessories to go with the bike and left the store super happy!
