I have a Trek Domane+ that I have serviced at Trek Bikes - Alamo. The team at this shop, from sales to service, and management is incredible and always has your back, especially Marcus. He knows every repair and maintenance detail on the Trek e-bikes and is extremely proficient and reliable. I appreciate his working with Trek Corporate on identifying and covering warranty issues. My Domane+ is a fun ride and it’s great Trek has local shops to support you after the initial purchase.
Blake the young man at the store that day was so very helpful with equipment,maps,apps,drinks anything you needed. Trek truly has a top notch guy, he represents Trek well. The bikes were awesome but Blake made the whole experience a very fun day. We will definitely be back.

TREK makes it easy to find great bikes and gear, with products conveniently located at their retail stores in all the best riding locations. Specifically, the Alamo store offers exceptional service: Head Service Tech, Markus, is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also a genuinely nice person to be around. Along with Scott, Paul, and Adam who greet you at the door, the entire team makes every visit welcoming and helpful.
I have 3 Trek bikes and they are all built very well and handle what I need them to. Plus all the staff at our location is very helpful and knowledgeable.

First and foremost, the staff. The entire staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They always greet me by name, ask about me, my family and then my bicycle concerns. The store is inviting, relaxed and comfortable. I have never felt pressured to purchase any products. Any questions or concerns, regardless of how basic, are answered with sincerity.
Brought my Specialized road bike in for a tuneup and it was ready the next day to be picked up.
The Trek staff was welcoming, helpful and quick. The price was also very reasonable. I will be back to use their services next time.
I had a lovely time in your shop: the staff were all super kind, friendly, and helpful. I stopped off for a simple tube replacement, done within 20 minutes. Really nice vibes from everyone and would highly recommend to others!

I liked the bike. If I do purchase a road bike from Trek it is 50% the product 50% Bob at the Encinitas store. Bob was so kind, attentive, and answered all my questions. He never made me feel like my questions were below him. He made cycling approachable and enjoyable to talk about. I learned more from him than anybody I have encountered in the cycling community. The service center and mechanics were very good. I've had different shops make excuses for why disc brakes are terribly noisy. The service guy actually listened to me and diagnosed the need for a brake bleed. Despite that the "first time," free tune-up earned with the bike's purchase was well past it's use by date, the shop also offered a discount. Good service.
