Easy to deal with
I had a leaking rear tire after a long ride, and the very next day I brought my bike into my local Trek dealer where I purchased the bike a few years ago. The mechanics immediately helped me out and and took care of the issue. They also examined the whole bike and found some other issues that needed immediate attention--worn out brake pads and a stretched chain. I am grateful that they are watching out for me and helping me maintain the bike I absolutely love! Thanks

I’m very happy with the work and the advice provided. The only reason it’s a 9 instead of a 10 is that it took almost 2 weeks to get the service done because there wasn’t any availability.

I've been having my old road bike serviced by Trek in Livermore, California for years. I like the service quality and the knowledgeable staff. I just bought a new Trek Madone and love the new technology and support I've received from the staff in the store.
So, I needed a new brake handle and when they rolled the bike out is was Shining!! Clean!!
I guess you guys changed both of the handles?? I felt like I was riding a NEW bike!!

Trek is Trek, but the service at this shop has been really outstanding. Between Jake, Chris, and John, not only remembering me but also their friendly support with my bike purchase, I have no reservations about spending my bike money with this shop vs. online. It’s always a pleasant experience to drop in.
This Trek store is highly competent. Employees are super polite, attentive, diligent. Turn around is excellent. Mine was less than 8 hours!
