I arrive at the store looking to discuss with an expert the issues I have with my current bike after 20 minutes of riding. John offered the best and only option style bike to avoid the issue I was experiencing. He wanted to assembly two different size bikes that were not on the floor yet to make sure I had the perfect size bike for my height. I arrived Tuesday as promised and the bikes were ready for me to try and with my name attached to prevent the bikes being sold.
He prepped the bike to start riding and assisted me in loading my new bike into the car.
Great experience and confident if I do have any issues with bike they will always assist me.

Maintenance clerks are very knowledgeable and are willing to work with me for unusual requests. Their advice is usually correct or at least close enough to get the job done.

Best thing about Trek Bicycles in Livermore is Mike and his team. They are very attentive and makes you feel right at home.
I wasn't expecting to have my weird little bike fixed up so fast. The rear wheel gave him some trouble, but he handled it with grace and got it done. It was my first time here, and I'd definitely come back.
