Brian was such an incredible guide in helping me choose an e bike! He was patient and enthusiastic in walking me through various options and helping me find bikes to test ride, heard all my thoughts and hopes and ultimately helped me choose a bike with a powerful motor and cool styling. Then he helped me find some awesome accessories too! All in all an awesome experience.
Nathan was the nicest most helpful person I ever met. We walked in to check on a recently bought used bike for my husband, and not only he checked it side to side for free, he helped us getting helmets, lights, and tought me how to find the best bike for me. Then he spent an hour with us getting ride tips in the city given we are new here, just the best service and support we could get! 100/10!

Kim was excellent, recommended bikes and accessories that made sense, was friendly, curious, and clearly has product knowledge that made understanding my new bike easy. Took the time to help us take the front wheel off my bike to help it fit in my car. Excellent service all around.
Had my e-bike (Aventon) serviced. Staff did not try to oversell service - recommended just what was necessary. Dropped off Friday afternoon, ready Friday evening though I picked it up on Saturday. Ride is great!

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with questions and parts. I appreciate they take the time to interact and explain, not just sell me stuff. Completely unlike any big box store that happens to sell bike stuff.
