We brought our two mountain bikes in for service and were pleasantly surprised on how respectful and knowledgeable the staff was. The gentleman who helped us went over everything that needed to be done on our bikes and we agreed to have the work done. He said it would take a couple of days to get the work done. He called a couple of days later and said the bikes were ready to be picked up. They did a great job on our bikes. We will always have our maintenance done there. The price was great too.

The service is fantastic. The gentleman that helped me didn’t charge me to replace a tube on my tire he only charged me for the item. That was very generous of him.

Purchased a few different items from John (shoes, pedals, cleats, light and mirror). I was able to get all the items purchased installed the next day. Great customer service from all the employees in the store.
I purchased a pair of Rapha Core riding shorts which are really nice and the young lady that sold them to me was very helpful with making sure I got the right size.
The sales clerk was very friendly, helpful and personable. You carried the type of locking water bottle that I needed.

The check in time for service was slow due to a real-time initial inspection of everyone’s bike during drop off. I am sure this is done to upsell the service items upfront vs calling someone back during a routine maintenance when the items would be discovered. Unfortunately this slows down the check in when you were just wanting to drop off your bike quickly (similar to bringing your car in for service). I had 4 bikes being brought in before me and it was slow.
The service was very good after I dropped my bike off. Checking in was too slow.
Quick,helpful and nice
Had Level 2 Service on vintage Trek Madone 5.2 with all service work done by Sean completed satisfactorily. Also had new Shimano CN-4 put on. No issues with overall service or work done on bicycle.
