I needed a new cassette for my MTB and Jake offered to fix it right away while I waited. The customer service was phenomenal and I will go back for regular maintenance based on that experience. The employees at Trek Bicycle La Mesa are always friendly and helpful. If they don’t have an item you want they will order it for you and when it arrives in the store in a couple of days they will contact you.

The girl that helped us was very knowledgeable with a great smile and a sincere and wonderful attitude. Her name is Mallory.

I like to periodically stop by my local Trek store in El Dorado Hills to peruse the inventory, but more importantly stop and talk with the manager Mike Wyatt. Mike always makes time for me to discuss bicycles and riding dynamics. Trek offers a wide variety of bicycles and services. I've had two vintage bicycles restored by the El Dorado Hills Trek store. It's my "go to" location.

The folks that work there and the fact that the Trek bikes are excellent. They are helpful in their sales to get the best fit for you and the folks in the service go above and beyond. They ( the service people) know what they doing and often set aside time to get you on your way immediately if the issue can be dealt with on the spot. A big shout out to all of them.
