Top notch shop. Friendly staff, great selection.
Rolled in with a flat and they promptly replaced my tube and recommended the worlds coolest portable pump. While replacing the tube they discovered my rear tire had a damaged casing and was wobbling even though the wheel itself was true. They recommended a high quality replacement at a reasonable price.

I have two Trek Bicycles. A fuel EXE 9.8 XT also have a Domani carbon fiber both bikes are incredible. I figure if I want them repaired. I take them to the truck store since they know those bikes the best this shop is close to me and very convenient
Trek team provided Level 2 service on my Cervelo P3 tri bike. Took care of all my specific issues as requested. Met all time constraints - no waiting to speak to a bike tech to explain problems, dropped bike off with no waiting, picked up bike same. They answered all my specific questions. Great job.
Great customer service and follow through. I have bought Trek for over 25 years. The bikes are reliable and consistent in performance. But the service is the best at the Trek Store.

The personal interaction with Dennis Colar was extremely helpful. I had not ridden a bike in 50 years and he took the time to discuss several options. His knowledge was very helpful. He suggested different options and let me take couple bikes for test drive. I can't say enough about Dennis
