The staff here is fantastic—always friendly and willing to help. Jerry did a very thorough job with my kids bike inspection and made sure everything was safe before we left. I only trust this store because of the caring team and management. They truly look out for their customers, and I never feel like I’m being overcharged. Always a great experience here!
The staff at the Goleta store are always quick to help me find what I'm looking for and will recommend something else if it is not in stock or better. My bike repairs are completed when promised and the quality of work is great!
