The bike fits me and my needs, but my favorite part of the experience was the amazing knowledge and customer service we received from Mike. He knew what I needed for my size and my lack of experience with the e-bike and was not pushy at all. He made sure I took the time to feel comfortable on my bike so the fear would vanish and I could enjoy the ride. I highly recommend this shop and look forward to a long relationship with Trek products!

The folks at every Trek store that I've visited over the years have ALWAYS gone above and beyond in customer service. From finding the right bike to through maintenance work to quick fixes. I always feel like the most important and valued customer in the store.
Prompt service and friendliness
Both products & services are very good. I have had my new Trek bike for a year now and really enjoy it. I ride about 4x week and it really handles very nicely on the road. Once I upgraded the tires, it was a game changer with less issues with flats.
