I bought a Trek FX Sport 6 Carbon XL from Trek Bicycle of North County in 2023 and received excellent customer service at that time. I love my bike.
I just brought the bike in for service last week (Nov 2025) and had another excellent experience. My bike recieved a Level 2 Service, a new Shimano chain and a Bontrager RIDEtime Elite bike computer installed and calibrated. All the work was done promptly and professionally and I picked up my bike the next day. The bike now rides better than ever and I'm extremely happy. Special shout-out to Chelsea Wolfe and Verne for their outstanding service and consultative support!

Very clean store, inventory and pricing is well displayed and clear. The best thing about the Trek store in Roseville is the customer service. The technicians there truly care about quality and safety when it comes to servicing your bicycle and take the time to thoroughly explain the details of what is being done before and walk through the details again after the service is done. It’s clear that they care and that is a wonderful thing!

Trek took my bike and my concerns seriously. When I told them my bike was acting up they put it on the stand and checked it out. Within a few days they had it back to me and were able to replace some of the parts under warranty. I am ecstatic!

Service was excellent - wish I could remember dude's name, he was tall with glasses and a long beard. Very helpful and very nice. I go to Trek in Chicago sometimes and can get some "bike store attitude" there, but didn't feel that here at all.

The staff is technically proficient and professional. They always have the best advice. The bikes on hand as well as those that they are available for order make it likely whatever you need it is available.
First name removed (in Service) and the entire staff of Trek Issaquah handled my recent repair needs extremely well, even when my travel caused me to need to leave my bike there for an extended time. Thanks for a conscientious job on the repair and just for being so easy to work with.
