When I dropped my eTREK off for some maintenance the technician examined the bike while I was there, explained what was needed and what level service was recommended. The replaced parts were offered to me when I went to pick up the bicycle. I appreciated this. Making an appointment meant I didn't have to wait long to get back on my bike.

Excellent service for my 10 year old Trek Madone 5.2 road bike. Brake/shifter cables replacement and general tune up plus replacement of Shimato recalled drivetrain parts. All this and I received a loaner Trek Domane bike to use for 10 days it took to repair my bike. So appreciative.

All Trek personnel I have ever worked with through the years have been friendly, listen well and accurately to my needs and how I use my bike to pinpoint what service should be done, and are knowledgeable and skilled. In August when I brought my bike in for maintenance Lance told me about the fall service special so I waited; the team let me drop off my bike on a dry day before the sale began; Lance showed me affordable upgrades instead of considering a lighter, fancier, and lots more expensive new model; and Jeff not only helped me load my bike in my car when I picked it up (12 days before the promised date!) but even offered to drive by to put the front wheel back on properly when my attempts failed. Wow! That’s outstanding Customer Service!
