I bought my Domane here years ago, and continue coming for maintenance and small items like helmets and tube. I consider staff very knowledgeable and maintenance support. I found the “British-ish” mechanic who checked my Ultegra crankset recall was particularly helpful.

Sterling (who I think is the manager?) is very very easygoing, approachable, affable and helpful. Jack, the bike mechanic, is not only knowledgeable, but a truly helpful, engaged expert. These guys, and other staff at Sellwood Trek are absolute gems. I feel very lucky to have these people staffing my local bike shop.
The service is fast and reasonably priced and the people are always genuinely nice and willing to help. I love the bike selection, performance and warranty coverage. I also love that you can donate a bike for credit!

Colton provided excellent service! He was a great communicator and kept me in the loop about the process. The shop helped put together the bike after I received it, went through it from top to bottom and found some maintenance issues that needed to be fixed. They made the bike essentially like a new bike for me. When I arrived there, he spent a lot of time going through it and had me test drive it and he made some additional adjustments to make sure everything was perfect. It was such a great experience that I purchase some additional accessories on the spot and want to come back to the store and buy more products. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else after The great experience Colton provided.!

The team at Trek did a great job helping me identify my next upgrade and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. There were some logistic issues that were out of their control, but the team was very communicative and kept me up to date to ensure a smooth experience.
I really appreciate the relationship the service manager, Ivan, developed with me since Trek became the new owner of the La Mesa CA store. Under the previous ownership, I felt sometimes maintenance was recommended based on sales goals for the service department. With Ivan, he takes the time to assess my bike carefully before recommending service. I can talk to him about training issues I am having, and he will recommend products and training strategies to overcome these issues.
As I age, I know I need to re-think my current road bike, and where I ride. Ivan has already done a needs assessment and recommended some bikes better suited for my current capabilities.
